Perfect for what we needed This was a clean, comfortable, quiet cottage that was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Wonderful host; we would happily stay reserve this cottage again if we are ever in the area.

Vacation stay We had a great time, loved the area! The only issue we had was the Tv in living room would not connect to WiFi, so we just used the dvd player for my autistic son instead! I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cottage We came into town for a lake day and a family reunion, only got to spend 1 night at this beautiful cottage. Perfect size, and had everything you would need. Country setting, away from any hustle bustle. Loved it!

The host needs to communicate that there is no cellular service at the property. Renter needs to know the door code before driving to the property. We drove not knowing this and could not enter the property. Had to drive 30 min back towards town before cells worked again. We actually decided to get a hotel after arguing with owner, who still doesn't understand what she did wrong.

Perfect Cottage It’s a very clean and well cared for cottage on rural country road in southern Kentucky. My wife and I stayed here two nights with our two children. The kids slept on the pullout sofa bed in the living room. This is the perfect place for a small family, or a small group of friends. It can sleep up to five people. Kathie was great, very helpful and great communication.
