Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre

We had an amazing day on the 6th June at our wedding ceremony in the Tower hotel. Everyone we dealt with to make our day happen at such short notice were brilliant. Caroline and Tony couldn't do enough for us and our guests in regards to our bedrooms. Amy and Aine were just brilliant, they organised our day for us and ensured that everything was perfect. Amy ran around getting things sorted throughout the day without even asking her (it's like she was psychic).  Declan who ran the open bar was also very helpful and so friendly to our guests.  We just wanted to say thank you for having us and to all the staff that made the day extra special.  Looking forward to staying with you again.

This Hotel I can't recommend enough it should be a 5 star my husband and I stayed for 1 night and we were treated like royalty the room was immaculate , the food was absolutely delicious , the staff on the reception and the restaurant were 100% very obliging and friendly, the bed was so comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly, it was our first time there and it now certainly won't be our last.

I have stayed in the Tower hotel frequently over the past two years while in Waterford for work. it has become a home from home...The staff are without exception the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I have ever stayed in both in Ireland and abroad.... From the very first telephone query about availability of rooms to my arrival with a huge amount of luggage consisting mostly of work papers and books I was struck by the kindness of the staff...it was apparently no trouble to have one of the friendly hotel porters transport all by trolley to my room...thereafter any request was dealt with in the same fashion...nothing which contributes to a guest's enjoyment of their stay is too much trouble for the staff of this hotel...I have to mention in particular Susie who is on reception usually in the afternoon/evening...whilst extremely efficient she retains the human touch and epitomises the ethos of this hotel for me...On one occasion while staying there I was hit by a 24 hour gastro bug....I happened to mention it to her and she immediately offered to have a member of staff go to the pharmacy to pick up medication for me.....It was such a comfort to know that I could call reception at any time and they would help in any way possible...I also have to mention Caroline who is on reception in the morning...she is a breath of fresh air, like Susie efficient empathetic and helpful.. .I frequently have to avail of room service food in particular breakfast when working...And the lovely staff, often young, who deliver room service always have the same friendliness, politeness and kindness of Susie, Caroline and the other amazing staff of this hotel.
