El metro está cerca. Si vienes desde la parada de autobús, también hay un corto paseo. El hotel está cerca del supermercado Giant.

El hotel está bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro y de la Casa Blanca. Nos alojamos una noche y quedamos muy satisfechos con el servicio. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, y la habitación era espaciosa. Me encantaría volver a alojarme allí si volviera a Washington.

El servicio fue pésimo. No tenían mi habitación disponible y el recepcionista admitió que tenían overbooking para todo el día. Nos asignaron a otro hotel y nos exigieron otro depósito. Al día siguiente me contactaron en el nuevo hotel solo para decirme que teníamos que cambiarnos de hotel en medio de nuestro evento. El personal no fue servicial y fue muy grosero. Pedimos toallas y me dijeron que no hacían llamadas a las habitaciones y que fuera a buscarlas. ¡¡¡NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!

The hotel was clean and generally solid, but the location is not ideal. The service did not meet expectations, as it was difficult to communicate with the staff in English. Out of two elevators, one was out of order due to renovations, and the other malfunctioned twice during my stay.
Additionally, the construction work in the hotel started around 8:00 AM, which was quite noisy and disruptive. It also seemed like the staff lacked proper shift handovers or record-keeping, as I felt there was a gap in communication and organization.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are areas that need significant improvement to provide a better guest experience.

We arrived at around 2pm and the receptionist let us check in. He’s been helpful. The hotel is under renovation during our stay. If you’re fussy with room cleaning and room maintenance not the perfect hotel for you, toilet exhaust, fridge and aircon during our stay has not been checked and fixed even after multiple times I called and reported. A minimum 20-40 minute walk to National Mall. I find Uber/Lyft cheaper in DC than in NY/LA so whenever we feel tired of walking we just book ‘em.

Large room for the price, which was nice. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Great location for walking. The amenities were just ok -- the curtains didn't quite block out all the light and the AC was fairly noisy and weak -- turning the temperature down or the fan level higher didn't seem to make much of a difference, and the unit was blowing just slightly cool air as opposed to cold air. Granted, we didn't ask to move since it was only hot the last couple nights of our stay and we just slept without the sheets on.
