Another great stay at Swansea North Premier Inn. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with good choice of food. Good location close to a large Asda and 5mins walk away. Also Greggs and Costa on some site. Would recommend

Amazing value! Comfy, spacious, bed and black out curtains, cot provided and very friendly, helpful staff that went the extra mile. Just what we needed after a long journey and a late night after a wedding.

The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway making it very easy to get to but despite this it was nice and quite. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable with everything you needed. It was nice to have a small table and chairs. The TV was very slow to respond, leaving me waiting after pressing a button on the remote. There are only two options for food in the local area, both of which get very busy, so if you staying more than a couple of nights you need to venture out to find something different, that said there isn't much in the area to choose from which is a bit of a let down.

This really is an excellent premier inn, and I have stayed in a fair few. It is just off the A1 but in a quiet area near a couple of places to eat. The rooms are fresh and clean, very comfortable and have both air con and a window that part opens which we much prefer to use through the night. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the staff are all so friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The breakfast service was excellent, great choice and on the day we were there freshly cooked to order. Everyone checked everything was okay and if we needed anything. The place is clearly well run with staff who take a pride in their work.

Because I wasn't happy when its competitor chain wanted to charge a lot (too much) for me to change dates - delaying my trip, with no loyalty shown, I ended up booking with Premier. The location was in fact better for my purposes and with a well equipped quiet room. The staff were friendly, the Continental breakfast had a good choice and was quite adequate for me. All in all a good experience and now 'Emerson' is likely to be my base on future trips.

Excellent hotel very clean and modern, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The only issue we really had was the WiFi was fairly poor but you could pay £5 for better WiFi for 24 hours. Overall a great hotel.

Very handy if visiting Beamish, only about 15 min drive. Typical Premier Inn friendly efficient check in, room spacious enough and in good condition. Was greeted by a lady called Sharon for breakfast and what a friendly, genuine, sincere welcome. The breakfast service was explained in a clear concise manner, the usual fare on offer in decent quantities. Check out was problem free. The staff here were very down to earth, frindly and sincere.

We have been staying at this hotel since 2015 and we never have a bad visit! It looks like it’s had a little upgrade since our last visit in 2023 and it’s just a lovely hotel. Nice location to get into Newcastle with a great sports bar over the road and a Toby Carvery next door!

Excellent service and super helpful staff. The staff could not do enough to help us. From offering us tea when our room wasn't ready to welcoming us at breakfast. Hotel was very clean and modern. However wifi needs to be updated as it is far to slow to do anything with.
