About this space Located on a private scenic lot just blocks from downtown, this property is on the edge of so much: the edge of the Warroad River; the edge of Lake of the Woods; the edge of the country - just 7 1/2 miles from the Canadian Border; and the edge of the 700,000 acre majestic Beltrami Island State Forest. Whether you are in the area to fish, attend a performance at Rivers Edge Performing Arts Center, a hockey tournament, to play golf, or attend an event, you will feel welcome here The space The house has a small but well equipped kitchen, a large dining and living room, with one bedroom and a bathroom on the main level. Upstairs you will find three more rooms with a large master bedroom and updated bathroom. Outside you will find much to do from kayaking to canoeing and paddle boarding. You can fish off the dock or park your boat at the dock. Boat launching and access to the river would be at the Point in Warroad. In the winter you can ski, skate, fat tire bike or snowshoe the Rivers Bend Skate Path. Or ice fish. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Hosts are often available to offer yoga and meditation classes if you wish. $10 a person or $30 for a small group.
