"The room is big (designed for a family of four) decorated in nerf theme, kids would love it. All is good but our shower tap is not functioning well, only gives out boiling hot water which we had to use the bath and let the water cool down a bit before we can use a towel to wash. Not the best but image it’s a good place for family with young kids. Walls are thin, we can hear next door running and snoring. Ear plugs ensured a good night sleep :D"

We had a giggle about my name Sue as I didn’t book it , I had told Ann about the day and why I came to be here and she showed genuine empathy and compassion, the conversation was compassionate and genuine, Ann was exemplary and professional told me about the facilities and explained everything I needed to know . The rooms are fantastic it’s not a prem+ but not far off ! Very well equipped and comfortable Very clean !! Thank you very much Ann after such a tragic set of circumstances brought me here it was made just that bit better by your warm friendly welcome to Warrington."

"My daughter Sarah, two grandsons and me recently stayed in this hotel, following watching a charity game at Liverpool. Our room was clean and tidy, and fresh bed linen and towels. The beds were very comfortable and a great night's sleep by all. The staff were both friendly and helpful, and our breakfast was plenty full, the service, food, was certainly value for money. Plenty of car parking spaces and very close to M6 South turn off."

"We had a good 1 night stay for the Neighbourhood Weekender. The staff were super friendly and they stored our bags as we arrived early and put them in our room for when we arrived before midnight The manager wss doing free face painting for the festival which was a fantastic thing The room itself was good although a handle came off the bathroom but got it sorted and the body wash in shower was empty after two squirts but didnt say as we were heading back out so just used the foaming hand wash."
