This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. In the winter you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and stay warm. This home went above and beyond the usual rental. So many extras were included that usually are not provided. The shaded back deck was my sanctuary where I read and relaxed for hours. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our lab. I loved the location, walking distance to downtown. It was very clean and provided a wonderful relaxing home. The host was so wonderful to us! I highly recommend this home. Its lovely!

This house was so charming and exactly what we needed for our stay. The yard and deck were nice to relax on, and there were so many small details that weren’t missed. Very close to downtown Warrensburg

Satisfied & grateful!
This rental was such a blessing after a full day of driving. The host was so friendly and communicative and the home was everything we needed to stretch out (4 legs included- the back yard was great!) and get some rest.

Nice Cottage convenient to College and Air Force Base
We came to help our Son move. He was transferring to Whiteman Air Force base. It was very convient and really enjoyed the stay. Our poodle had room to play in the fenced yard. We will try to stay again if we come up to visit.

Cozy and welcoming stay
My boyfriend and I enjoyed this house as it was inviting, and we were allowed to let our dogs run in the yard. We also thought the interior of the house was well designed, and we liked that the house had a washer and dryer, and a kitchen with a set of dishes, pots and pans. We would definetly stay again, and thank you!
