Wingate by Wyndham Warner Robins

If I could give this place LESS THAN 1 star I would. Broken front door, dirty carpet in the lobby (real welcoming) torn curtains, food or blood stains on trim around closet. Light beside the bed didn't work and 2 other lamps had missing bulbs. Plaster falling off the wall/ceiling, HORRIBLE WATER STAINS on walls and ceiling. It appears there is NO MAINTENANCE at this place at all!!!!! This place makes me wonder how they ever pass the Wyndham (if there are any) inspections. The pictures Wingate web page is TOTALLY DECEIVING AND FALSE!!!

The staff was helpful and friendly. Michelle at the front desk and the lady who cooked the breakfast was most helpful. Couldn't ask for a better stay. They have hot breakfast every morning. The swimming pool is heated. They have exercise room. Very nice dining area with TV to watch any time. Computer access. The rooms are so clean you eat off the floor I'm recommending this hotel to anyone who visits Warner Robin's. Trust me you want be disappointed. Prices are reasonable. Go and enjoy

Stayed one night to be out of RV during storm. Room was okay. Bed was average. Bathroom needed attention

Was not satisfied at all with my stay. Wooden floors were not clean, stains on the couch, dirt and thick crud were baseboards of the walls. Huge stain in the tube, Bathroom wasn't clean. Piled up amounts of clue around the base of the toilet, honestly looks like my 3 year old daughter tried to repair it, not professional work at all. Without any exaggeration, it was cringing to even walk around the room. Had it not been so late hen I arrived, I would've left the room. It's sad that I'm having to write a bad review, because I don't like doing this but I had to say something. I HAVE PICTURES!!

I failed to ask to see the room before I checked in and also failed to examine the bathroom before I unpacked. By the time I opened the bathroom door, the smell of the mold from the tub, the tub grout, the floor tile grout was overwhelming. The back of the bathroom door was peeled back from water damage. It was late and I didn't have the energy to repack and move. Instead, I went to Walmart, got a diffuser and some essential oils to mitigate the smell, and a bottle of hydrogen peroxide to kill the mold. Then I discovered that the wall lamp next to the bed had a broken switch and I had to screw the bulb in to get this reading lamp to come on. When I reached for the phone to find out the hours for the breakfast, it was not connected to anything! Moving the nightstand away from the wall to search for the cord (which had a missing connector), I discovered the dust/dirt behind the nightstand. Looked in the corner on the other side of the bed, and it was equally dirty. Also, the switch for wall lamp next to TV did not work at all, and turning the bulb did not produce light. This hotel needs to be closed and completely renovated before reopening; the public hall carpets have water damage; the exterior access door does not close properly (no security!); the hotel staff needs to be trained in what an acceptable room looks/smells like; the parking lot potholes need to be filled; and the dozens of boxes of a/c units need to be removed from the lobby! Not an inviting sight.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Service was poor! Staff was not helpful. Would not allow me to make arrangements for a late check out. Was told I would have to call in the morning. We were not allowed to check-in before 3:00 PM. Being a gold member, you would think you could check in at least an hour early. Staff was not accommodating at all.

It’s a shame because this could be a nice hotel. Front entrance appeared clean and cozy with fun games for children but that’s where the cleanliness stopped. The side entrance door was absolutely filthy and propped open. Our room was dusty, dead bugs in the window, tile and shower in bathroom appeared stained, rusty and the grout was nearly black. The exhaust fan in the bathroom had a very thick layer of dust that looked like moss. The security lock on the door was very loose and needed prying open. The loose lock was mentioned to the front desk who dismissed it as user error. The bed was comfortable and and hotel was quiet. Overall, this hotel needs a thorough cleaning to bring it up to snuff.

The breakfast layout was okay. I booked a king size room with the seating area. Well, the sofa was not in the room. When I asked the male during checkout he said it was because so many people complained about the sofa. I was so confused! He couldn’t tell me what the reviews said. I just don’t agree with the fact that I was charged the same price but the sofa was not in the room nor was I notified it was gone. The bed didn’t have a bug prevention cover on it, it had some torn white cover. I wouldn’t stay again, nor would recommend.

I never write a review but I felt I needed to share my experience. This was the absolute worst stay I have ever had. When I asked questions the front desk would answer MAYBE and laugh. Our bathroom had black mold growing all over the wallpaper, the wallpaper was coming loose from the wall. The corners in the bathroom on the floor were filthy. There was a big hole in the sheetrock. There were squares cut out of the wallpaper in the bathroom. The bathroom exhaust fan grill had so much dirt and filth on it that it most likely wouldn't work. The bathroom had burned out lightbulbs. There was dust on the lamps that I could wipe off with a finger. The bed was comfortable but because of the filth It made me wonder if the sheets had been changed recently. I would have left but it was late and the other motels were booked up so I didn't have a choice.
