Courtyard Warner Robins

Very nice courtyard fresh off of a renovation. There aren’t too many good hotel options in Warner Robins. However, I find this to be the best. It just recently completed a full renovation, and the rooms are smartly laid out and very clean. The front desk staff seems to genuinely care and are very competent at their jobs. The fitness center, while very small, has brand new equipment and is well maintained. The café doesn’t provide the best breakfast – but it’s a good place to grab a cup of coffee.

The property was recently renovated and it was wonderful. The staff including Tony and Dundi at the front desk were a pleasure. The Bistro staff was great in the morning and at night. We really enjoyed our stay. We will return Soon. Mark and Janice Parrillo .

This is your average Courtyard. Hotel was quiet, beds comfortable. I had decent sleep. However, the wifi was terrible. It was pretty much unusable. It was slow and continuously kept dropping out. Also, they still have a really small tv? -flyou

Newish hotel. Décor and ambiance typical for this price range. Rooms are large and very clean, except a surprisingly small TV. Breakfast is as expected. Front desk is efficient and professional. Overall meets expectations for a short stay.

My room was so dirty. Tons of crumbs on the couch. The couch has seen better days itself with a lot stains. Stains on the carpet which must not have been vacuumed through several guest stays as I didn’t want to take my sock off to walk on it with how dirty it was. I decided ok I can get past that, I turn my sheets down to get into bed, and HUGE gross stain on the sheets. 🤢. I heard the main entrance door slide open and close all night. Needless to say, I wouldn’t stay here again. The conference room was nice which was my reason to visit. It was nice to have a mini fridge, but there isn’t a microwave in the room. Will stay somewhere else if I return for a conference.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The bottom floor looks nice and fancy but it took us THREE rooms until we found a clean one to stay in. Please see pictures! They tried to make it up to us by giving us free breakfast but the lady at the breakfast counter was so focused on her young man friend sitting there that she missed half our order and acted inconvenienced when we asked about what we had ordered. We chose this hotel off of TripAdvisors review/rating…couldn’t be more incorrect!!!!

On 12/25/22, we drove fourteen hours to get to this hotel having made a reservation earlier in the day and being provided an email stating that we had "A Guaranteed Reservation". Upon arrival, I was told that there was no room and that our reservation was not "actually guaranteed". The desk clerk stated that the hotel had "overbooked rooms" and that there was no room available for me, my wife, and my two small children; all of whom were dead tired and needing a good night's sleep. Very late at night, I had to go hunting for another room in that town and luckily was able to find lodging in the Holiday Inn Express down the street. (Great customer service and a nice hotel in case you're wondering. Also an outstanding breakfast!) I made a complaint with Marriott Customer Complaints at 1 (800) 721-7033 and was given a complaint number and told that the hotel management would contact me to discuss the incident. No one from the hotel ever called. On 01/09/23, I telephoned the Marriott Customer Complaint number again, provided my complaint number, was transferred to a "supervisor" and was told that reservations, despite being "guaranteed", are not in fact guaranteed in the event the hotel overbooks the facility. They answered none of my questions and only repeated, "Your credit card was not charged. Your credit card was not charged" then said it was my fault for not arriving at the hotel earlier in the evening. The representative then disconnected the call while I was speaking. That was very frustrating and the worst customer service I have encountered in the lodging industry. I called the number back and asked to speak to the supervisor of the supervisor. I was connected with "Moses" and explained the situation as well as the conduct of the previous "supervisor". Moses put me on hold, called the hotel, and then informed me that he could not locate a manager at the facility. He took my information again and said the manager of the hotel would contact me by email within three to five business days. (For the record, Moses had a great business demeanor.) Moses agreed that a customer has an expectation that a hotel will have a room available upon arrival. If you want to have a room to sleep in when you arrive, do NOT make a reservation at this hotel. Make a reservation at the comfortable Holiday Inn Express down the street where the staff is very friendly and have you can enjoy a great free breakfast.

The courtyard is very clean with great staff. My only two complaints are the beds are hard as a rock and you wake up stiff in the morning and the toilet paper is see through. The courtyard does not have any type of mattress topper and we had to go across the street to Walmart and buy our own toilet paper. I have never stayed at a courtyard that tried to cut costs by suppling transparent toilet paper. See photo of toilet paper below. We stay at a Courtyard 2 out of 4 weeks in a given month and this is the only Courtyard that skimps on toilet paper.

Stopped on our way up to North GA and was greeted by Lakisha with a smile and willingness to assist. The best kept Courtyard and friendliest we’ve stayed. We are Bonvoy Elite members. We’ve seen bad and really bad stays. The cleanness and details, sets it apart. We enjoyed our stay so much, we planned our trip back and stayed again. Highly recommended
