We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Warner Robins the night before a visit to Mercer University. First, I truly appreciate whoever was working the front desk at around 4pm on Feb 16. Apparently, someone came in to the front desk and requested a 2-queen-bed room, and the last one was held by our reservation. We had not reached the hotel yet. The front desk lady called my cellphone to confirm that we wanted 2 queen beds, and 1 king bed would not do. She was very helpful to both the customer on site and to us and showed great communication skills to check. We finally arrived at the hotel late, so we went straight to our room and used the digital key to enter our room. We had our 2 queen beds, which were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The heater worked great. This was important because it was unusually cold and windy outside. (I have had nights in hotels where the lack of proper operation of the air conditioner or heater kept us uncomfortable all night.) The next day the shower and bathroom looked great, and everything worked fine. We went to Mercer well-rested!
