Located in the heart of Warner Robins, Georgia, this new to the market home is a spacious 3-4 bedroom house (3 bedroom and one office space) has everything you need in this 1400 sqft space for a comfortable stay. Just a 10 min drive to RAFB, Rigby’s Water Park and I-75. Call to specify your needs. Non-aggressive dog breeds are welcome, a non refundable $250 pet fee will be charged. Completely fenced in backyard.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Pet fee $150 for 2-3 dogs $250.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:If you make a mess, please clean it up! A very please stay in tastefully furnished home. The location was very clean and amenities were more than adequate. Good safe neighborhood. My only recommendation is to add more kid friendly dining plates and cup. Loved the games and peaceful backyard. 99.9/100

Good Stay
The location of the rental was quiet and nice. The rental was as pictured. It was comfortable. There were 3 bedrooms and a den that has a couch and can be used for another bedroom. The only issue was there were roaches/ waterbugs, no iron, no soap, and only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. There was also, other people's hair on the wall in the bathroom.

Great property and landlord!
This was my third booking at this property…still just as satisfied as ever. Landlord is fantastic, great yard, perfect house for our needs. I would return anytime!
