North Port We were a little surprised that the unit did not look like the pictures posted. It's not that it was bad, we were expecting something that looked like the pictures. Anne was very nice, she called to check with us as to when we would be arriving and came to visit us after we checked in. The unit was adequately furnished with kitchen items. We did have a problem with the bathroom sink drain. The drain needed to be plunged several times during our stay. The information we received in the email said that there would be filtered water in the refrigerator when we arrived and there wasn't. There was an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I sent an email to Elina at the office and didn't get a response. It was nice having the washer and dryer available along with detergent and fabric softener. The tv was placed on a dresser that was parallel to the bed. This made it awkward to watch tv. A better place would have been on the wall in front of the bed above the table instead of having a mirror on that wall. There wasn't any electrical outlet in the bathroom, so we had to get an extension cord so that we could use the hairdryer. It worked for us, just was a little bit different than what we had expected.
