From the moment I raised concerns, the Front Desk Director, Sue, and General Manager, Terence Ng, personally intervened to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Their dedication to resolving guest feedback and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. The professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness shown by these individuals reflect the highest standards of the Grand Hyatt brand. My stay, which began with some challenges, turned into a remarkable and unforgettable experience thanks to the dedication of these outstanding team members. The staff and general manager are superb. Staff says hello and smiles. The room was very clean and the breakfast was nutritious and fresh. I like this location. The is ocean is pleasant. Mr Liao the GM is kind. And his team is helpful. I look forward to staying there again.

出行前一直在挑選，盲選的一家民宿，連住了兩晚，超出了想象，地理位置真的非常好找，房間乾淨整潔，強迫症也沒問題！距離石梅灣非常近，作為三個灣中心點來説去哪裡都巨方便！民宿裏可以租借（有免費有租借）小電動很方便，老闆們的服務真的太好了貼心100分這是酒店體驗不到的感覺，選擇民宿就像老友歸家的感覺，強烈推薦！！！！不是託！！一次對的選擇整個旅途提升了滿滿的幸福指數！！

The hotel is new and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool is spacious and clean. The room comes with an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast is delicious and freshly made. There’s also afternoon tea with an amazing fruit platter and the night drink. We had an amazing experience! Highly recommended!
