Yunyufan Sea View Apartment

Excellent apartment and amazing location.

Check-In / Finding the Apartment: Difficult to check in, as it's a real estate "hotel", and the company owns many rooms in many different buildings. If you dont speak Chinese it will be difficult. Add WeChat to get door code. Try to find correct community. Wander around community trying to find correct building. Apartment: The apartment was big, but the view was garbage... Literally: looked out on the abandoned buildings the developer left there like concrete skeletons a few years ago - detritus and garbage has accrued like kipple there-around.... Cleanliness & Feel / Vibe: The apartment was cleaned every day. Water and towels restocked. A+. But it is just a bland apartment with no culture or style. And it feels quite lonely out there. So B-. Location: Not great. You'll need to rent a scooter to get from the man-made island into RiYueWan. Rent in the village on the north side of the G98 for cheaper deals, including motorcycles. Overall, a decent place to stay, but a bit far from the action of RiYueWan, and lifeless.

房間各方面還不錯，看到的海景非常的大。民宿的面積非常大。適合情侶出遊，適合親子出遊。嗯，整體還算叫乾淨。衞生間的異味比較大。房子整體有一點潮。衞生還可以做得更好。

這家公寓位於融創日月灣島上，我住的這間房是兩室一廳的大陽台海景房，客房乾淨整潔，設施齊全良好，樓下隔壁有一大型停車場，方便停車，附近有小餐館、超市，吃飯購物也方便，住得挺舒適的，點讚了！
