"The website stated that there were tennis courts, but in reality, they were located behind the hotel and did not belong to the hotel. I assumed they were public and free to use, so I went there after checking out, but found I couldn’t use them. The hotel didn’t provide any specific information about this, which I found rather unhelpful. The room we stayed in smelled slightly of mould, but overall we had a comfortable stay. It was convenient that it was within walking distance of the town centre."

"Disappointing Stay – Unpleasant Room and Poor Customer Service We stayed in one of the motel's budget rooms, fully aware that we shouldn’t expect luxury—but even with modest expectations, our experience was deeply disappointing. We booked a budget room over the Easter weekend and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The room had a terrible smell—like a mix of cigarette smoke and mould—that hit us as soon as we walked in. The bathroom was extremely small and outdated, with cracked tiles and visible black mould, which was pretty concerning from a hygiene and health perspective. The air quality in the room was so poor that we felt nauseated and unwell after a few hours of stay. We had to cut our stay short -- leaving at 2am to sleep in the car -- for the sake of our health. We raised these issues with reception, hoping they might offer a solution or at least express some concern, but their attitude was surprisingly dismissive. It felt like they expected us to accept these conditions simply because it was a budget room, which is unacceptable. Regardless of the price point, a room should be clean and safe to stay in. We understand it was a busy Easter weekend and they were fully booked, so there were no other rooms available to move us to. But what really stood out was their lack of basic customer service—no apology, no real attempt to make things right beyond eventually refunding us for the rest of our stay when we chose to leave. Overall, while we appreciate the refund, the situation could have been handled much better. Customer service was sorely lacking, and the condition of the room should never have been considered acceptable to begin with."

"Good location, on the main road into town, but relatively quite. Easy walk to city centre and plenty of place to eat near by. Good parking, and suits parking with a trailer if you need to. Rooms need some basic maintenance though - the door to our room was difficult to open from inside and outside - the door knob was noticeable loose. My wife mentioned it to the person at the reception desk, but not sure if anything was done."

"El hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Antes de caminar por la puerta en la pared expuesta a los elementos, el tablero de comutación de 240 volts. No en un cabinet cerrado fuera del tiempo, ¿cómo es seguro? Todo el mundo tiene acceso a él, incluyendo niños. El baño necesita una renovación, el ducha es tan cerca de inusable. Las tapices se han hecho mucho esfuerzo para abrir, y para abrir hasta un punto donde la ducha dejó de correr. Mi compañero no pudo operar estas tapices, así que tuve que hacerlo por ella. El agua también se pulverizó sobre usted de las articulaciones giratorias en el ducha rosa.  El ventilador de escape no funcionaría, sospechosos quemados.  La puerta de la ducha se hizo mucho esfuerzo para cerrar o abrir.  Las toallas se revelaron y se desnudaron hasta el punto de pasar por el mismo y los bordes de la ropa.  El tapice estaba pintado y parecía fría.  La cama estaba extendida con grandes tintas.  Si yo fuera el dueño, sería vergonzoso ofrecer esta habitación al público, especialmente a alguien que paga por ese privilegio.  La entrada al motel está mal apoyada, de nuevo evidentemente falta de mantenimiento.  El sitio web muestra fotos de la habitación que no representan la condición actual.  Como cualquiera daría este lugar una buena revisión es más allá de mí.  No hay manera de que nunca volvamos a permanecer en este motel.  David Macdonald."
