The room itself was ok but no shampoo/conditions in bathroom, cobwebs and a bit dusty. great location and walking distance to town and lake front. They need to do something about the parking - spend the money to stay and cant even park where you paid (unheard of!). supermarket next door but limited parking, no street front parking available and carpark across the road is no overnight parking and why would we be expected to park off site and lug luggage etc.»

A 2020 one storey built modern spacious home (approx 240 sq m) situated on a hill boasting amazing lake and mountain views, whilst still being a short walk to the lake and Wanaka township. Sun drenched, warm family home with separate living and bedroom wings with a connected partially covered central deck which provides an attractive outside dining option. Excellent feedback from guests since 2020 eg Charlie -Aug 23 said "excellent house, view was awesome. House is much better than pictures and pictures were great". The house has been rented out to guests through other platforms since 2020 and has achieved 4.96 out of 5 average rating.
A home that can accommodate different and larger groups of people. In addition to the three bedrooms that can sleep 6 people, we can provide for up to 2 more people with a fold out queen size sofa double bed in the media/TV room. In the master and bedroom 3, there is a double bed and in bedroom 2, there are 2 king single beds. (the double bed in bedroom 3 can be set up as 2 singles if specially requested in advance). There are two full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms (separate toilet and sink). The home has been set up with a ducted system throughout providing heating and cooling as required. The property also comes with a spacious double garage with internal access allowing use of a separate washer and dryer as well as a space to dry ski gear. A smart TV has been set up in the media/TV room so guests can enjoy a full range of entertainment including Netflix. (you will need to log in to your own account). There is a mixture of toys and games for different ages in the house and a child’s kayak in the garage that guests are welcome to use. Unlimited fibre WIFI is also provided across the house.
Adjoining the house is a fully self-contained studio (not accessible through house). There is a separate listing, "Lake View Heights - Luxury Modern House and Self-Contained Studio (264 sq mtr) " for guests who want to book both.
Guests will have full and private access to the house. Parking is available in the garage, on the drive
and there are also free parking bays in the street.
The property is professionally cleaned after each guest and all linen is hired from a commercial laundry to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Linen (listing cost based on 4 people) and cleaning fees costs are charged together in the cleaning fee and cover the actual cost with no extra margin charged by us. The house takes 4 hours to clean and cleaner charges are $40 per hour plus GST. The linen and clean cost quoted is applicable for stays for up to 7 days. For longer stays, guests will have to pay additional costs to price quoted as linen change and cleaning need to be undertaken on a weekly cycle.

The property is professionally cleaned after each guest and all linen is hired from a commercial laundry to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Linen (listing cost based on 4 people) and cleaning fees costs are charged together in the cleaning fee and cover the actual cost with no extra margin charged by us. The house takes 4 hours to clean and cleaner charges are $40 per hour plus GST. The linen and clean cost quoted is applicable for stays for up to 7 days. For longer stays, guests will have to pay additional costs to price quoted as linen change and cleaning need to be undertaken on a weekly cycle.

Guest feedback excellent eg Charlie in Aug 2023 said "excellent house, view was awesome. House is much better than pictures and pictures were great " The house has been rented out to guests through other platforms since 2020 and has achieved 4.96 out of 5 average rating.

In addition to the three bedrooms that can sleep 6 people, we can provide for up to 2 more people with a fold out sofa queen size double bed in the media/TV room. Attached to the house is a separate self-contained studio (Self Contained Studio) which can be rented out along with the house to cater for larger groups or families travelling together. (studio is not accessible directly through house and has own separate entrance). There is a double bed in the master and bedroom 3 in the main house and 2 king singles in bedroom 2. (the double in bedroom 3 can be set up as 2 singles on special request in advance). There are 3 full bathrooms across the house and studio and there are 2 half bathrooms (separate toilet and sink). This sunny home has recently been renovated and redecorated with new carpet being layed November 2023. The lounge/living area has large bifold doors opening out on to a sunny deck that is a sun trap. The inside area contains a large log fire with heat transfer unit. All 5 of the bedrooms have queen beds, the fifth has 2 single beds aswell as the queen bed. We encourage our guests to bring their own linen (sheets pillowcases and towels) however if this is not possible we can provide them for $150 this includes the washing. If you are wanting to hire our linen we ask that this additional charge be paid directly to me to cover the linen laundering costs. I can provide those details once you have booked. The master bedroom has an ensuite. There are 3 bathrooms servicing the 5 bedrooms.
