This 2 bedroom unit is set at the front of a well maintained, professional group of units and remarkably quite and secluded. It truly creates a home away from home look and feel. Not as part of a high rise development with all the tight spaces, however superb location. It offers a generous main living area with open plan design to the newly renovated kitchen a large fridge. Reverse cycle split air conditioning in all rooms and individually controlled for that added comfort.
As well as it’s fantastic location and affordable price, this great unit offers a spacious configuration. The Walkerville shopping and cafe precinct is a few minutes walk.
