Schwitzer's Hotel am Park

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed here for eight nights in December and absolutely loved it. Breakfast was amazing, especially the bagel and custom omelets. The room was spacious and the patio overlooking the park was amazing. This was the first hotel we requested a crib and actually received it without asking, along with a baby amenity kit. Minibar was quite reasonable as well. The staff spoke perfect English and remembered us from the first night. They were always accommodating and happy to help with any request. Proximity to public transportation makes this hotel an excellent choice in a perfect location in foothills of the Black Forest. There were numerous walking trails connecting the local villages, we highly recommend walking through Etzenrot as well as a trip to Ettlingen or walk to Busenbach.

Occasionally you come across a hotel that is situated far from the most objectively perfect place only to be amazed by the authenticity of perfection. Long trip from the mountains of France 🇫🇷 - dead tired, yet uplifted by the kind and uplifting service of the most pleasant staff. Many thumbs up 👍🏼 !

Tolle Lage am Kurpark, eher kleineres Hotel mit 20 Zimmern jedoch 3 Restaurants. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber, gut geschultes und sehr höfliches (junges) Personal. Die Restaurants Pur und Brasserie mit unterschiedlichen Speiseangeboten und Klientel, für die entsprechenden Ansprüche jeweils top. Einziger Wermutstropfen zuwenig Liegen im ebenfalls gestylten und modernen Spa Bereich. Oberes Preissegment welches sich aber definitiv lohnt.

So ein gutes Hotel findet man selten ! Attraktive Aussenarchitektur und sehr schöne Innenarchitektur. Sehr freundlicher Service und vor allem eine konsequente Kundenorientierung, wie man sie selten findet. Alles, was der Vielreisende braucht, ist da ! Das gibt es ziemlich selten ! Unser Zimmer hatte grosse bodentiefe Fenster und war sehr geschmackvoll möbliert. Der durchgehend freundliche Service und ein gemütlicher Abend in der Brasserie rundeten das Bild ab ! Nicht zu vergessen: Die saubere Tiefgarage, inn der die Trennstreifen zwischen den einzelnen Stellplätzen beleuchtet sind !

Ook al zou je iets negatiefs kunnen vinden (hebben wij niet gevonden) dan zou het diner van het allerhoogste niveau alles goedmaken. Een ware droom! Wat geweldig! Lekkere bedden, mooie spa. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed en vriendelijk personeel! Een absolute aanrader!

Cela faisait un moment que nous attendions le retour au Schiwtzer's Hôtel et ce fût encore un grand moment ! L'Hôtel est toujours tellement confortable et si reposant. Quant au restaurant étoilé, c'était à nouveau une expérience mémorable : Menu Schwitzer's Pur pour cette fois avec des vins en accord sur conseils de notre sommelier qui nous apportait des explications très complètes et passionnées. Une fois encore les plats étaient créatifs et originaux, délicieux et équilibrés, beaux visuellement et très bien proportionnés au niveau des quantités. Les propositions de vins étaient si parfaites, c’est exactement ce que nous attendions. La sélection nous sort des classiques et nous fait voyager (avec à la fois des vins locaux mais aussi d’ailleurs). Tout ce que nous avons bu était excellent, original et surprenant. Les accords mets-vins étaient vraiment superbes, félicitations! Quel plaisir de vous retrouver, Merci Cédric, Stephanie et Johannes (que nous n’avons pas vu cette fois). Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir !
