Complete scam! Location is not posted on google maps (two locations are not correct). While Raja is a nice guy, this is not an acceptable way of doing business. Unacceptable service for price point. Issue #1 - No contact up until reservation. Did not notify us about 20 JD pick up fee and 4 wheel drive to camp site. The phone number wasn’t correct. Issue #2 - Smelled like a rotten Vegas casino in the room (terrible). Not clean Issue #3 - Pressured us to go on a tour - we did and tour breakfast was unprofessional. Cleaned tea glasses with bare hands with dirty water. Someone was sleeping in the trunk while on our tour. Served us a piece of bread with cheese for breakfast. Paid 70 JD for this tour and breakfast. Issue #4 - Wanted to double charge us for the room since he claimed bank account wasn’t setup for online payment. Doesn’t accept credit cards either.

The location was exceptional compared to other camps locations. The staff is very friendly and really willing to help and manage everything for you. The breakfast was very special and the dinner was very delicious. I will come back again and book with this place.
