Một có một trải nghiệm không tốt ở đây. Đầu tiên là về phòng ốc. Phòng quá tệ so với tầm giá, về size phòng thì mình ko đề cập vì đã đc nêu trên web, điều hòa thì để 18 độ nhưng cũng phải gần nữa tiếng từ khi bật mới mát được, mà nhiệt độ cũng ko mát như nhiệt độ máy lạnh hiển thị; cách âm của phòng thì cực kém, 11h tối còn nghe rõ tiếng dép của khách khác bước lên cầu thang, 6h hơn là nghe tiếng rửa chén từ nhân viên ở dưới tầng một. Bữa sáng thì mình ăn bún bò Huế và bánh mì bơ tỏi, bùn thì ok còn bánh mì thì kiểu cứ sẵn đó rồi mang ra, ngụi ngắt, ko thèm làm nóng lại dùm khách. Cái phòng mình ở cũng chả có view sông Hương mà ngắm. Điểm cộng duy nhất ở đây là bạn lễ tân nữ, rất thân thiện, chu đáo. Nói chung là mình ko hề cảm thấy thoải mái khi ở đây.

This is a cute little hotel at the end of a laneway and right on the river. We arrived quite a bit earlier than expected and were able to store our bags. When we came back the bags were already in our room, great service! The receptionist when we checked in was pretty pushy about booking tours with her, even going so far to suggest we shouldn't use taxis or grab to get around and only use their car service, which I found a bit off. Our room on the first floor was tiny and crowed with too much furniture so it was difficult to walk around without hitting shins on the bed, but the bed was comfortable and there was a little terrace outside overlooking the river where we sat in the evening. Breakfast was decent, although you have to order the day before and let them know what time you want it. The morning staff were really friendly and the breakfast room is lovely overlooking the river with an indoor/outdoor option with big sliding windows. Taking shoes off is a pain and this was the only hotel that asked us to do this.

Loved my stay here. Very local area just outside the city center, great little market up the street, Con Hen a short walk away, and some beautiful streets in the neighborhood made the location perfect. Loved the little hem the hotel was located down, and right next to the river made the stay very relaxing. Lynn, Huong, and Sen provided excellent service, were friendly, and took good care. I arrived with a stomach bug, and they provided extra care to make sure I was comfortable. With that said, I spent a day pretty much confined to my room while I recovered, and was very cozy. They were also able to arrange a custom tour by motorbike of Hue and the outlying area, and quoted a great price compared to other inquiries. A boat to pick you up for a ride on the Perfume River right from the garden is a huge plus. They were also kind enough to let me freshen up after checking out for a late departure in the evening. I would highly recommend this small hotel, and would definitely stay here again when in Hue. And the breakfasts were superb!

Great little hotel, hidden on the river, just outside the busy traveller’s’ quarter. Cute rooms, clean, good bedding, nice cosy restaurant, generous yummy breakfast, very helpful staff. Did our laundry in a few hours too, for our family of 5 and a week worth of clothes. Helped us organize a dragon boat pick up to the Pagoda and Citadelle, then private car pick up at the restaurant to visit the 3 main Emperors Mausoleums. And it was impeccable. Heads up on the dragon boats, even if they come from the hotel, they will try to sell you loads of stuff, giving the droopy eyes to soften you into high ridiculous prices.

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Our room was on the small side and a little noisy due to proximity to eating area but fortunately no loud guests to disrupt us at night. Bathroom is also compact but adequate. Hot water ran out quickly so no extended showers! Breakfasts were generous and served with pride. Coffee was very good but some prompting needed to get refills. All in all good value for money.

La Paix was a wonderful, simple, and accommodating hotel with the best breakfast we had in our three week visit to Vietnam. The room was minimal and equipped with a good AC, clean bathrooms, and a comfortable bed. The front desk provided amazing service both when we needed to move our booking and also when we were looking for help with laundry service, having some dirty hiking shoes cleaned, and booking a private tour. The workers here were so sweet. The private tour of Hue they helped us book was with Lan who was incredible and informative. A dragon boat came to the back dock of the hotel and picked us up to start our tour. The private tour was also reasonably priced compared to similar options on TripAdvisor. The hotel had free bicycles to use, and had a very nice and quiet location away from the city center. It was walkable to the city center if you’re comfortable with a 15-20 minute walk. Their river view dining area was very calming and unique. Most hotels in the area were directly off the loud road. Breakfast was served in front of the river view each morning and was cooked fresh when you arrived to breakfast. There was a great selection between sweet and savory options and you were able to pick your breakfast from a set menu every night.

Ideal base for a few nights in Hue … so clean and comfortable, excellent air-con, lovely breakfast, and bicycles to use during the stay (we cycled to the Citadel on day 1, and the three main Mausoleums on day 2). Sushi restaurant just along the road towards the centre (Shinosuchi?) is brilliant, as is Zucca for both its pizzas and Vietnamese food).

We arrived late to a full house hence we were given a room on level 1, next to the kitchen and without any view (which was disappointing). The room was not very clean as there were hairs on the bedsheet, pillows and floor, as well as in the toilet. When we told the owner the following day to change our bedsheets, she said ok but we realised its not changed when we returned to our room as the bedsheet had some stains and it was obviously the same one. Also, we asked her help to book bus tickets to Phong Nha and although it was much more expensive, we thought it was fine since she said it's a big bus. However, we realised on the day of our departure that the bus is a SMALL minivan for locals so it was very squeezy with many stops in between. We felt cheated. The redeeming factors of this place is the hotel staff Long who was very helpful and sincere, and the location was good as it's within walking distance to various attractions and the town centre but not right smack in the middle of it. It's along the river and there are various coffee places and restaurants nearby. However, there are better choices around the area and the photos on the website and hotel reservation platforms are probably taken quite a few years back.

Best location, great value for money, wonderful staff, beautiful garden. Hong was an amazing personelle, very responsive from the beginning, tried her best to make sure you enjoyed your stay. We stayed only one night at Hue, we wanted a room on the river, so we booked the room with a King Size Bed for our family of three-my 13 year old son was with us-since the family room was already booked, and although Hong was so concerned about our comfort, we had a very relaxed stay-really large ann comfortable bed! Highly recommended.
