Это прекрасный отель для того, чтобы просто немного пожить в нем. Был с семьёй в 2021 и в 2024 году, проездом через Волгоград переночевали в отеле. Конечно, в 2021 году он был более хорошим, это правда. Было чище, но остался таким же красивым. Немного старомодный, на любителя, но не прям "сталинских" времён. Внизу ресторан, завтраки хорошие. Оценка пять звёзд. Не меньше такому отелю.

Вонь в коридорах грязное постельное белье и полотенца персонал ругаеться громко матом не советую к поездке . На завтраке была не свежая морковь в блюде

Прекрасный отель. Комфортный, уютный номер со всем необходимым. Очень качественные постельные принадлежности (особенно матрасы! Наши спины сказали спасибо!). Богатый шведский стол, великолепный ассортимент выпечки. Внимательный, доброжелательный персонал. Близко к центру! Очень рекомендуем.

Попутешествовали по миру много, есть с чем сравнить. Этому отелю ставим уверенную 5, несмотря на 4 звезды (соответствуют 5). Цена/качество соответствуют, на завтраки приходили рано, выбор отличный-яйца всех видов (вареные, омлет, яичница), салаты, свежие овощи, фрукты, много напитков (соки, чай и что немаловажно во время летней волгоградской жары - спасительная вода с лимоном). У отеля есть своя территория с ограждением, даже при полном заселении автомобили можно было припарковать всегда. Остановимся еще обязательно. Благодарим за чистоту, комфорт и ненавязчивость!

Вполне неплохо, останавливались на 3 ночи - приезжали посмотреть город. Достопримечательности недалеко, но нужно проехать на такси. Жили в люксе на 2 этаже. В номере чисто, мебель новая, принадлежности для ванной пополнялись своевременно (не было ложки для обуви - принесли сразу, беруши положили на 2 день, но шумоизоляция хорошая или с соседями повезло, а шум дороги за окнами совершенно не мешает). Отличные завтраки, все, что нужно утром. Нюансы по санузлу: да, высоковат унитаз (не критично) и далековата туал. бумага. в душе лейку неплохо было бы заменить (уставшая), в раковине выбор воды холодная/теплая, причем смеситель поворачивается наоборот. ужинали в ресторане, неплохое меню, готовят вкусно. хотели в один из дней пообедать - отказали, сказали какие-то проблемы с кухонным оборудованием. В целом рекомендую.

Потрясающее место . Каждый год отдыхаю тут с семьёй. Обслуживание номеров на высшем уровне , каждый день все убирают , меняют полотенца , гели . заказали локацию на крыше за месяц до торжества, предоплату вносить сказали что не надо,она вносится по факту , естественно на выбранное время мы уже заказали и оплатили фотографа, за две недели до торжества нам звонят и говорят что произошла накладка, что наше время уже оплачено кем-то .Мы в шоке теперь у нас локация будет улица.тк соответственно всё занято в других отелях.Спасибо за подставу отелю Собрание.-1000 баллов
