Excellent hotel with a great view, all this staff from the manager the all other staff are helpful. Well detailed and making sure your enjoy your stay with them. Giving you informations on how you will enjoy your stay with them, things to do and the likes. I love the hotel and the staff member and I enjoy my stay with them

Empecemos por lo positivo: las vistas son espectaculares y el personal es amable (todos los que conocimos en Santorini lo fueron). El puerto, la puesta de sol y la playa son preciosos. El restaurante de Susie, al final de la calle, era encantador y la comida era excelente. Ahora, los puntos negativos, que por desgracia son muchos... Este NO es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Creo que le costaría ser un 2 estrellas. Al llegar y ver el hotel, nos decepcionamos de inmediato. Parece un desastre, necesita una reforma completa. Su página de Facebook o las fotos que puedan ver de este hotel no lo representan en absoluto. Nuestra habitación era diminuta, sucia (sobre todo el baño) y las toallas... seguro que deberían estar blancas y limpias, aunque quizá hace unos años lo estaban. Estaban sucias, amarillentas y olían a grasa. Era tan malo que, tras dos noches, buscamos otro hotel y pagamos el suplemento para nuestra siguiente estancia de 4 o 5 días. Habíamos hablado con otros huéspedes del hotel, que hacían todo lo posible por salir y buscar actividades. El spa... ¿Qué spa? Estaba cerrado, y no lo supimos hasta que llegamos. Leímos que lo gestiona otra empresa, así que quién sabe qué estará pasando. Las bebidas y la comida en este hotel son caras y hay muy poca variedad. El desayuno, limitado, era horrible; la tostadora quemaba las tostadas en cualquier configuración, ¡y un lado ni siquiera servía! Si no hubiéramos podido encontrar otro hotel donde alojarnos (que es absolutamente precioso y debería tener las 4 estrellas que le han dado a Notos), habríamos pagado para coger un vuelo de vuelta temprano. Si buscas un hotel bonito y limpio con mucho que hacer cerca, no te alojes en este hotel. ¡La reseña de dos estrellas es solo por las vistas!

So this hotel has a beautiful view and situated near a mariner which is lovely. Upon arriving i noticed quite alot of stairs to the reception area (40 to be precise) Then another 10 to get to our room. The rooms are very old and bathroom is not overly clean with not a lot of ventilation when showering. Ours leaked on the floor making it difficult to dry yourself and get dressed as once you put a bathmat down it was saturated. The shower head on the shower hose broke on the first night but they did replace it. The bed is up against the wall so you have to crawl over your partner or get out at the base of the bed. Breakfast was just ok with one two slice toaster for everyone and the food does sit around for awhile. Alot of the guests were unhappy with the amount of stairs as they are very steep making it difficult for those with knee issues. Dinnerv was average and we only ate that once out of our 4 night stay. There is one staff member by the name of Christian who does an amazing job. This is not 4 star hotel and i would not really recommend this as there seems to be many others to choose from closer to Fira

Fantastic sea views , excellent service nothing was too much for the staff to make you feel really welcome. Room was excellent. All staff from management to housekeeping were amazing we will definitely be back again Plenty of local tervernas to enjoy excellent local traditional food. Suzy’s is a must .

Great place. Loved it. Good services and stuff, nice rooms. I totally recommend it for families or solo trips, it's clean and silence, good price at all. For sure I will come back again here. It's one of the best hotels from Greece and definetely my favorite.

We have just returned from our week stay at The Notos and this hotel has definitely got the wow factor. It is a traditional white building built into the hillside overlooking the harbour, the latter is what gives it the wow factor I could watch this view every day and never tire of it. This does come at cost though and I'm not talking about the euros but the many steep steps up to the hotel and the rooms it's definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. The rooms are immaculate and something we have found is a rarity during our travels around Greece the beds are soft and very comfortable. The sheets and towels are looking a bit dingy as their whiteness has long gone! There are complimentary toiletries and the aircon is included this being very welcoming after the heat of the sun. The staff are very polite and helpful and I recommend you ask for help with the cases instead of struggling with them on the steps as they make it look easy! We have only one complaint and that's the food, we had decided to go half board as the hotel is quite remote and we don't drive but we were disappointed. The breakfast was ok offering the usual fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese ,bread, greek bacon and sausage with a couple of choices of bread . There was no English tea and the coffee machine wasn't amazing. Our main complaint was the evening meal , the choice was very limited and basic which for a hotel with this star rating is in our opinion not good enough. The ala carte menu was equivalent of a beach bar menu with the first item being chicken nuggets but with a price tag that belongs to a fine dining restaurant . The cost of the drinks was extortionate too €10 for 330ml of a bottle of Sol or €8 for the same of alpha and if you like a bottle of wine with your meal expect to pay €43 for house white. So would I recommend this hotel, absolutely but bed and breakfast only and hire a car as there is very little in the way of choice ( Suzy's up the road is excellent!) and taxis are expensive. There is a land train that charges €8 a return trip to Perissa where there are many tavernas and snack bars.
