"I stayed at Naos Luxury Hotel in Orikum for 5 days and I truly enjoyed every moment of it! From the very beginning, I felt genuinely welcome. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and they really go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They were always ready to help, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean and well maintained, just like the rest of the hotel. Everything is modern and gives a sense of comfort and quality. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly. The food was delicious and clearly prepared with care. One thing I especially loved was the peaceful surroundings of the hotel. It’s a great place to truly relax, while still being just a very short walk away from the beach and the sea. For me, this was a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"

"A terrible structure that is absolutely not suitable for welcoming international customers. Where to start? I'll try to be concise. 1) Price of the transfer to and from the airport estimated at €80 which later became €200 (after having already booked and confirmed). Nonetheless, upon arrival in Tirana no transfer had been sent and we had to take a taxi (the hotel did not even apologize but simply offered to pay the difference in price) 2) Room with a nice sea view but painful furnishings and a tiny bathroom 3) Windows without shutters with curtains that didn't darken at all, with the result that early in the morning light was already coming in 4) The air conditioning gave problems several times, most days it wasn't cool at all despite being kept at 16 degrees it seemed more like a fan 5) The kitchen was terrible: for breakfast, lunch and dinner the same dishes were always served with very few variations. Poor buffet and ridiculous in terms of number of dishes. Lunches only on the weekend were slightly better because instead of the buffet you ordered from a menu, strictly written only in Albanian. Furthermore, a couple of days I was ill and I asked one of the waiters if it was possible to have some plain pasta, I was told in the negative because they were busy in the kitchen. I was forced to go for lunch elsewhere and from that moment on I practically never had lunch or dinner in the hotel again because I was nauseated by always seeing the same things in the buffet. 6) The "beach" (if we want to define it that way) offered by the hotel included in the price is ridiculous: a strip of stones with sunbeds full of mold on which it sucks to lie down even using a towel (see photo). For this reason we had to look for an alternative and luckily a few meters away immediately after the tunnel there is a very nice and equipped sandy beach. Obviously for a fee. 7) The pool was nice enough, but some days the water was really dirty so it probably wasn't even cleaned every day. 8) The staff of the facility, especially those in the dining room, could barely speak a few words in English or Italian. Ultimately this hotel should absolutely not be taken into consideration if you have the expectation of spending a pleasant holiday and I am surprised that an Italian tour operator would offer it to customers. I find it inconceivable that you pay for an all-inclusive holiday and then have to pay to go and eat elsewhere and to stay on a beach worthy of the name. The bitterness and disappointment of having literally thrown money away remain."

Hotel Vlora International

"We stayed at Vlora International Hotel for a week in July and were unfortunately disappointed. We arrived in the middle of the night and immediately noticed that the hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. Luckily, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, which was a nice start. The room appeared modern at first glance but was poorly maintained. The air conditioning didn’t work in one of the rooms, making it unbearably hot. The bed was full of sand for some reason, and the sheets were stained with brown marks. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed instead. Overall, the room was dirty and had several issues. The view was “fine,” but currently it’s facing an active construction site. Every morning we were woken up by loud noises that felt like an earthquake – this happened all day, every day. If you’re thinking of booking here, wait a few years until the construction is finished. Breakfast was very basic, with little variety, and wasn’t restocked properly. Honestly, it was one of the saddest hotel breakfasts I’ve seen. We also thought the hotel had an outdoor pool based on what we saw online, but it turned out to be an indoor pool that we were only allowed to use once during the whole week. Apparently, it had to be emptied and was then just left unused. There’s just a treadmill in the pool room – not exactly what I’d call a fitness room. The location is okay – about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach, and 5–10 minutes from restaurants and shops. The town is somewhat cozy, but traffic is chaotic and cars drive wherever they want. Be careful as a pedestrian. The parking area shown in the booking photos no longer exists – it has been replaced by a small park with sand and dried-up trees. There were also lots of stray dogs outside; we counted eight right in front of the hotel one day. The bathroom was alright but the shower was dirty. They did provide shampoo and soap, but towels were a constant issue. Housekeeping took away the used towels but didn’t leave any clean ones. We had to track down the staff multiple times to ask for new towels. There’s a fridge in the room, but it was frozen over on the inside and very dirty. All in all, the hotel is cheap, and the stay was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it at the moment. Maybe in a few years, if they improve the conditions and finish construction, it could have potential. But for now, it’s not worth it."

"The best experience ever had in Vlore. Great hotel, beautiful room view and wonderful staff. Brand new rooms, fully furnished. I asked for some delivery food and it was done, also ice ir service room from the bar. The access to the sea is free, still not very suitable for little kids given the waves and the depth due to the stairs. This is easily solved by going to a very nice beach spot right next to hotel, where with 15 euros c person you have access to a super swimming pool and nice bar and restaurant. The staff is quite polite and attentive there too. For those you want some fun, in the same area you’ll have Dj set and fine drinks. Very recommended!"

"This hotel is really really nice. Rooftop pool and beanbags. Drinks and food is good also. The breakfast is good with a lot of different choices. The hotel is small with only 25 rooms or so, which gives you a good atmosphere. But the staff is the best of it all. They Are so kind and we have had the best and very personal welcome. The view is nice. Unfortunate soon a New hotel in front Will cover the view, But i would not worry, the Mountain view from the back Will forever be a stunning view to have. You can tell the hotel is only 2 years old. The rooms are very clean and bed is comfy. Thank you Ames. We are staying for 6 or 7 nights. This place has everything you want. Close to privat beach and close to city. Lots to Explore."

"We arrived at this hotel and the owner didn't even smile, we had booked a room with a sea view and it wasn't due to the work they were doing, the fridge didn't work, the kettle wasn't there, on a small terrace with a drying rack that wasn't usable we would have had to climb over. from the window! Vlora is quite busy especially in August the first available beach was 3 km away so we had to take the car! we were very satisfied with the terrace and the rich breakfast, also the very nice spa!"

"Positives: Very friendly staff that will help you with anything The food is pretty great and not that expensive. Ok Prices. Negatives: The place is close to a construction site and a boulevard so don't expect any peace and quiet. As far as I am aware there are no elevators which can make it a bad choice if you have someone that is immobile and the rooms are on the last floor. The rooms were just painted which was an issue since the paint didn't fully dry(Personally got my black jacket a bit dirty because of this). TV Remotes were not working, owner changed the batteries when we asked for help."

"I’ve stayed at Sasso Hotel twice now, once in October with my family and again in November with a friend and both times were perfect. The location is great, close to everything yet peaceful. You have a variety of places to go nearby and enjoy the city while relaxing at the hotel. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and everything is brand new. Breakfast is excellent and is served at your enjoyment at the rooftop bar which by the way is a gem with a gorgeous view and great atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcomed and taken care of. In short, this hotel nails it on every level for me: comfort, cleanliness, service, and style. I’ll definitely be back again soon."
