Hotel Life - Natural Style Viserbella di Rimini

Good rooms. Mixed service. Basic breakfast, poor gym. Overall, this is actually a three-star presented (and charging) like a four star hotel. Rooms have been renovated and are cleaned really well. Service is not at the level we expected. Reception staff unreasonably refused us a change of dirty beach towels until we demanded it (five days into a seven-day stay). Breakfast foods are not fresh, the products are cheap (again: four stars?). The gym is filled with second-hand rusty stuff and there’s no aircon there! Pool is basic. But this is probably the best among the sad and cheap facilities of this area of Rimini. Go closer to the centre or elsewhere altogether, as the sea in this part of the world is dirty and polluted.

The room had a super nice view on the sea and beach and this is already priceless! No buildings in front of the hotel, so the view is just as amazing as it can be! Furniture of the room was new and with a clean and modern style that gives to the stay a even more relaxing touch. I also spent some time in the Wellness center that was cozy and intimate (and very very clean..this is something worthing to be mentioned). Last but not least: Margherita and Dita were amazing and very very nice. They made everything go smoothly so to enhance the good vibes of the vacation without being disturbed by the "technical part" of documents checking etc. The owner, Marina, was very friendly and always available for chatting, spend time with guests...the Italian touch that we love so much! This was not the first time I was in Rimini, but for sure it has been the best. Thanks to all the staff of the Life Hotel!

Probably nicest in Viserbella (and more expensive), though not sure it is a four star hotel, yet. Excellent staff: super-friendly and caring. Great breakfast (with few healthy options). Good Wi-Fi. The renovated parts are nice. Incomplete renovation - Two years in and the hotel is still only half renovated. Some rooms look OK but then the corridors are done up only from the third floor up. Old windows, tiling and carpets await in the areas which haven’t been renovated. Once they finish, it will be nicer. Toiletries: they provided no shower gel or conditioner. Only shampoo and body lotion. When we asked for shower gel, they gave us shampoo. And it comes in small plastic bags. We would suggest toiletries are upgraded, and provided in an environmentally-friendly way. The “gym”. There is a space in the basement which has too few and old kit. No bar bells (unlike the marketing), no dumb bells, only some old kettlebells. This could be easily fixed by buying proper stuff. To start: buy a rower, a dumb-bell rack, and some mats? Minibar - I used to warm my clothes. It was empty and built into the wardrobe unit. It was empty but running. Consuming electricity and generating heat for no reason. You are given one small plastic bottle for your whole stay (I’d eliminate it or upgrade it to a reusable item) and even that is not placed in the minibar. To me, a minibar sounds old-fashioned, but if you have it, and keep it running, you might as well stock it? Just an idea.

Stayed for 8 nights and found the people there to be warm ,friendly and the most helpful you could hope to meet, nothing was too much trouble The rooms were clean and the bathrooms modern. There was a large selection of food in the restaurant and although a buffet it was constantly replenished. I would recommend this hotel to single travellers, couples or families.

Alles war ausgezeichnet! Vielen Dank an das Mega freundliche Personal am Empfang. Das besondere Lob verdient das Essen. Frühstück und Abendessen waren immer sehr lecker. Die Matratzen und Kissen waren sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war nach dem Aufräumen immer sehr sauber. Danke an das tolle Reinigungsteam. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen unbedingt nächstes Jahr wieder. Vielen lieben Dank! Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Le personnel est super sympathique, très accueillant et attentif à vos besoin. Ils communiquent avec vous en plusieurs langues (Italien, Allemand, Anglais, Français (un peu moins, mais ça va) et encore bien d'autres langues !!! C’est un réel bonheur ! Une joie ... La nourriture est excellente et très variée. Rien que la présentation des buffets vous donne déjà envie ! Le personnel au service restaurant est vraiment incroyablement performant, agréable et gentil. Le restaurant est magnifique, très bien entretenu et spacieux … Merci à l'ensemble du personnel et aux cuisines qui font un travail incroyable ! À l'accueil, il y a toujours un sourire et un bonjour qui vous attendent. Toujours beaucoup d’attention pour chacun des clients ! Toutes nos félicitations et bravo aux réceptionnistes ! Côté entretien et nettoyage tout est parfait et le mot est faible ! Merci à vous toutes, vous faites un travail incroyable. La piscine est très bien entretenue, le maître nageur est aussi souriant et fait tout pour rendre votre séjour à la piscine le plus agréable possible. Il range, entretien les abords, aspire la piscine chaque matin et contrôle la qualité de l’eau aussi ! Un grand merci à lui également. Après être venu sept fois en 8 ans dans l’hôtel Life, nous pouvons dire que nous sommes toujours aussi ravis, notre choix nous convient parfaitement et nous n’attendons qu’une chose … Nos prochaines vacances à l’hôtel Life !
