Comfort Inn & Suites

Very nice stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Rooms are very roomy. AC worked well and wasn’t overly noisy. Free buffet breakfast was ok.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. I would love to stay in this hotel again.

Staff on registration was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was average.

Wonderful clean rooms and common areas. Staff are friendly and efficient. We accidentally left behind a jacket in our room and learned of it via a phone message when we arrived home in Ontario. A very accommodating gentleman at the hotel took it to Canada Post and shipped it to our home. That was above and beyond and we were grateful.

This hotel is very outdated which is not a problem for us but it was not clean and that is not acceptable. Duvet on bed had fecal stain on it, found a tick in the bed, toilet seat had fecal stain on it. Returned to front desk and requested a new room. The owner was very nice and super apologetic and offered us a choice of different rooms. Staff came with us to the new room to make sure we were satisfied, which we were. Again, not the best room but 100% better than the original room we were assigned. Hopefully they can put some extra time in to deep cleaning these rooms.

Highly recommend Comfort Inn! Rooms are VERY clean! The staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is quiet and the King Bed was super comfortable. We had a suite and it was nice and roomy. Tanner at the front desk was excellent and very helpful both when I called and when I checked in. The connivence to restaurants is also a nice feature.

Rooms very nice and clean. Hot tub needed to be cleaned as it had lots of sand/grit in it. Breakfast was great except for one morning when there was no meat or syrup set out and the pancake machine was not ready. As there was no-one in the kitchen, I mentioned this to the front desk person and she snapped back, “I know!” She proceeded to tell me that sometimes the high school students don’t show up for their shift. So she decided to let the guests go without because she was upset with whomever didn’t show up to work? That doesn’t sound right. I offered to help get stuff set out but got snapped at. Only after we had finished breakfast and on our way to our room did she thank me for offering to help (closest apology I got). Encountered another unsmiling front desk lady who didn’t even bother to acknowledge us when we walked past the front desk. There was a very nice fellow at the front desk one evening which we very much appreciated. Cost is reasonable and we would definitely stay there again.

The staff has been welcoming and kind on every level. They spoke to us whenever they had the chance and always made sure we were having a great stay. The continental breakfast was better than I've had anywhere else. Omelettes and french toast, pancakes at the press of a button. Really great coffee as well that they make fresh and keep out all day. The pool was great and my kiddo loved the slide. Hot tub too!! The cleaning staff did a great job and stocked up on coffee, towels and whatever else we didn't know we needed daily. Beds made. The beds are also super comfy, like sleeping in a cloud. They even had a playpen for my baby. The suites give you an extra room which is great if you have a teenager. Microwave and mini fridge in every room. This place is a must stay even if you're passing through.
