I loved my stay here from the moment I arrived, Pedro on the desk was amazing, friendly and welcoming. My room was compact but beautiful although the shower room would have been better as a wet room as it was on the small size. The food in the restaurant was lovely but the service was a bit slow for a very quiet Tuesday evening The breakfast was of a very high standard I only stayed for one night but would recommend the hotel if you want a quiet place to stay near Brussels and if my work brings me to Brussels again will most definitely rebook this hotel

We spent the Easter weekend at Voco, a modern clean and innovative hotel with a friendly staff team. Lots of smart environmental touches plus plans for robots to help with heavy luggage and room service! The location is not in the central area of Brussels but has such great transport links close by that made exploring the city easy. Highly recommended. Thank you

I find this hotel excellent for my stay. The team of staff is friendly, specifically Mr Kowshik who is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast timings are very useful as it begins as early as 6 AM. Rooms are big, modern with easy electronic controls.

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. I went for a one night stay after watching the athletics in Brussels, and was very surprised at the quality of the the build of the hotel, the carpets, wall paper, tiles in the shower, lighting, big fluffy pillows and duvet, this was probably the cleanest (no finger prints on the cutlery), most modern hotel that I have stayed in. I was very very happy with the breakfast, plus the staff were everything that you would want from staff at a hotel, very helpful, no issues whatsoever.

We spent a weekend at the Voco in Brussels (Vilvoorde), as a family of 6 we had 3 rooms and all of us enjoyed the stay. It is a business style hotel in a suburban setting. Clean and comfortable. Given the location a vehicle is essential, onsite parking is available for a fee but you can also park on the street for free. We used it as a base to travel around Brussels. Thank you to Sandra and Dinah for making us welcome, we enjoyed the Fussball table!

Staff were unprepared for our coach party, even though they were warned in advance. Check-in was therefore slow. The lift needed a door-key pass waved at it but there was no sign making that clear, so a lot of time was wasted figuring out why it wasn't working. The restaurant was similarly unprepared for guests, which meant staff were thin on the ground. When we asked for a dinner menu, a waiter put a little card on our table. It had a QR code. We scanned it. It led us to the tapas menu, which was not what we wanted and was not available at night. We told the waiter and he went to fetch another little card with a QR code but no-one was sure if that one led to the right menu. In the end he produced a photocopy of a real menu and then proceeded to tell us that most of the food wasn’t available anyway, so we gave up and went hungry. This absurd palaver loses the hotel one star. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy but we had to hunt for the weirdly hidden bathroom light switch which was another source of irritation. Overall, the place seemed to be trying too hard to be clever. This could be a great hotel if staff were more on the ball and it was run in a conventional way instead of relying on the gimmicky use of technology.

We stayed here with our teenage sons during a city break to Brussels. As we were driving we didn’t want somewhere too close to the city centre and this was in a quiet area around 10 minutes drive to the Metro station we chose to park at. The hotel rooms were really good with little touches that were really appreciated. The only downside was the price of car parking which seemed expensive, although there was free parking in the road outside. And it was also VERY quiet. We had breakfast both mornings, which while nice, didn’t offer a lot of hot food choice and we were the only ones in the dining room on the second morning. A great hotel but doesn’t seem to be very popular for some reason.

A quirky hotel with lots of technology that nobody will ever use, but the people here are fantastic. Everybody was kind and helped me out on a few business-related problems. The food was very good in the restaurant.

Was a bit underwhelmed. This hotel opened just a few weeks ago, so everything is in top shape which is a plus. However, there was no IHG elite status recognition whatsoever. The bed was not so comfortable. The blanket was way too thick for my taste. Maybe they are recognizing this--the room temperate setting was very looow, almost freezing, which counter-acted the monster duvet cover. Location also not great. Not much in the area at all. Overall, while I appreciate the property is new and fresh, there are a couple of things I think could have been better, so my overall rating is just average. Potential is there, though.
