allow me to provide an essay guiding you through our stay. upon arrival at the hotel, the warm scent of manure was ever present in our noses. despite this, we were able to take in the surroundings (by this i mean a decrepit sign displaying 4 stars and absolutely nothing else) and then enter the hotel. the cabinet displaying football trophies and statues of large women in strange positions were, although confusing, not unwelcome, so we continued on through the bar (which was unattended and smelled of urine) to the garden and pool outside. the floor was dirty, the tables were dirty, the chairs were dirty and even the air felt dirty. alas, we had not yet lost all hope, so we made our way to the rooms upstairs. we entered room 641 (not the only room with these issues!) and it was too much to take in all at once. we were once again greeted with the smell of faeces, albeit human this time. the wood of the door was rotted around the lock, and one of the hinges was broken. on the subject of doors, the toilet door was made of frosted glass that was almost entirely transparent, and the shower only had a frosted glass *****e! the shower was in an alcove separate from the toilet room, therefore anyone who decided to use it (despite the stomach-turning smell) was completely visible to anyone who wanted to use the toilet or sink. also, there was a hairband containing hair next to the sink, confirming our suspicion that the room had not been properly cleaned. moving on to the second half of the room, there were shelves with gaping holes and huge stains on them, which i would be able to ignore, except i’m not blind. the walls were scratched and one looked like something had been ripped off of it. i couldn’t tell if the floor had a thick layer of dust and grime or if that was just the colour an actual person had chosen. the same goes for the beds and curtains, which were a disgusting mustardy colour. however, we were distracted from this by the holes (presumably cigarette burns), stains and hairs on the bedsheets. we were provided with one pillow each, which were so flat they may as well have been sheets, and the mattresses felt like concrete. in addition, the tv did not work, only one of the windows opened (inwards!) and 2/5 plug sockets worked. the ***** light above the windows made a buzzing noise when turned on, so we were usually forced to resort to the shower light, the switch for which was on the side of the sink, or the light above the beds, which was blinding. the towels had the consistency of toilet paper, and only some of them were replaced during the day. we were provided with multiple small bars of soap and sachets of shampoo rather than any bottles. when we returned back to the room after the first day, only one bed had been made, and throughout the week only one bin was emptied. also, there was a €50 charge for anyone who vomited and didn’t clean it up themselves. thankfully none of us did, but this charge must have been a big money-maker gi

The hotel is 12km from city center, in the middle of an industrial zone, so location for families is less than ideal. Ample parking. We reserved our two rooms two months in advance, on checkin we wanted to verify they are together and were told ‘they’re on the same floor’ sure they were, on completely separate sides of the floor. Concerned for our kids safety we had to split. But the worst was the breakfast. Frozen pancakes, lots of finished products not replaced with fresh trays (even ran out of scrambled eggs). In the end had to go elsewhere and buy breakfast. Bonus: Hotel is kept very clean.

Todo excelente, la limpieza, todo impecable, la habitacion espaciosa y luminosa. El staff muy profesional, simpatico y muy atento a los detalles. El desayuno continental muy bueno y abundante. Excelente calidad precio, muy recomendable

Hotel hermoso, habitaciones increíbles, la pileta es genial. La gente es muy amable. Lo único malo seria la ubicación que esta alejado del centro y el transporte no funciona las 24 hs pero el resto todo genial

Este hotel es un hotel típico de aeropuerto. Situado en un antiguo monasterio del siglo XVI, es un jardín de tranquilidad con hermosos jardines y jardines. Los niños son bienvenidos en la zona de piscina aunque fue principalmente adultos durante nuestra estancia. Nuestra habitación en el antiguo edificio era un poco oscuro, pero pasamos poco tiempo allí. A diferencia de muchos hoteles italianos, tiene una caldera en ella. Desafortunadamente, sólo estaban disponibles tés de hierbas. El servicio estaba bien. El desayuno es muy bueno con mucho fruto fresco disponible. Para mejorar la experiencia del desayuno, prohibiría fumar completamente en la terraza. Comer en el tranquilo jardín verde interior en verano es casi una experiencia surreal.

Prenotato in quanto miglior soluzione come tappa giusto per una notte, grande carenza non offrire la colazione contando il costo a notte dovrebbe comprenderla. Difficoltà nel trovarlo in quanto nella medesima struttura di un centro medico e l'insegna è visibile solo una volta arrivati all'ingresso (inoltre su Maps l'indirizzo porta all'hotel accanto con nome pressoché identico). Camera moderna e spaziosa, stranezza la doccia fuori dal bagno (emozionale con luci e radio) che comunque perde un po' d'acqua quindi da sistemare le guarnizioni alla base. Il receptionist ha insistito per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno in contanti e solo dopo avergli fatto vedere fisicamente i portafogli vuoti se non con carte ha acconsentito a farci pagare con il pos. Da normativa si può saldare sia in contanti sia con carta o bonifico la tassa di soggiorno: è stato davvero maleducato da parte del receptionist insistere e dirmi anche testualmente ”forse viaggia poco ed è poco informata”. Si è zittito solo dopo che gli ho detto essere io perito turistico e saper bene la normativa vigente, quindi che le sue pretese non erano affatto corrette e per di più con fare molto maleducato. Personale da rivedere decisamente.

Dovendo affrontare un viaggio improvviso per motivi familiari, a causa degli orari di tarda sera del transito aereo, abbiamo deciso di trovare una sistemazione per una notte vicino all'aeroporto di Verona Villafranca. Abbiamo casualmente trovato l'Hotel Postumia, che contattato telefonicamente ci ha immediatamente riservato una stanza. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e sistemati in una stanza confortevole ed IPERPULITA, silenziosa nonostante il traffico urbano. Al mattino dopo, una colazione abbondante ed un caffè squisito hanno consentito di assaporare meglio l'assoluta cortesia dei gestori dell'Hotel, i quali ci hanno messo a disposizione un transito in automobile fino al centro di Verona, con spesa fissa condivisa con altri ospiti. E' sicuro che, nel caso dovessimo ripetere l'esperienza, l'Hotel Postumia sarà la nostra prima scelta. Complimenti.

At that price the hotell is located perfectly. Very close to the airport, 11€ taxi to the airport, 18€ to Verona centro. Buss to Verona just outside the hotell. The hotell is nothing fancy, and has some negative sides. The biggest drawbacks is the lack of soundisolation, you can hear clearly regular conversations from the room nextdoor. Also when other guests in other rooms flushes their toilet, water is running through the toilet in your toom aswell, making lots of sounds. The small town of Dossobueno has nothing interesting.

We selected Hotel Opera on its location to the airports as we were on an early flight. We could not have chosen better, under a 10 minute drive back to the hire car rental on the airport. Room was comfortable and clean. Wi Fi was strong. Car parking secure Check in and check out was done at the same time as the hotel do not have staff working in the hotel overnight!
