Every activity we undertook, every interaction we had with staff, every meal we ate; every single aspect of our six night stay was wonderful. The views are breathtaking and the villa is classy and elegant without ever feeling stuffy. We utilised the many comfortable spaces, feeling like we were in a private home. Abel looked after us so well. He remembered our drink and food preferences, and was unobtrusive and friendly with his outstanding service. The activities were well organised. We added on a canoe trip in the Govuro Wetlands as well as a bird watching and fishing trips ((external organisers) which was well worth it. Island hopping, snorkelling Two Mile Reef, beach picnic, sunset show cruise; all excellent. Meals in multiple locations using fresh, local ingredients were outstanding. Especially the vegetable garden experience. Amazing. We have been fortunate to travel the world and stay at some wonderful accommodations, but we think this must rate as the best ever boutique and personalised experience to date. We can’t recommend the accommodation and the staff highly enough. Thank you for such a great time in such a friendly country. We wish you all the very best for an happy Christmas.

Such a beautiful place. We were blown away by the views. The team were excellent and ensured we had the best stay - nothing was too much trouble. Highlight was the boat trip to the island where we spent the day snorkelling and enjoying an amazing private beach picnic. Looking forward to being able to visit again in the future.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Santorini Mozambique. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles, cold drinks and such attention to detail in making our time there truly amazing. We stayed in The Chapel and it was beautiful - an amazing space with enough room for all my family. The food, snacks, messages in the butter and even the napkin art were amazing - all expertly served by our Butler, Sergio. The lunch in the vegetable garden was beautiful, our boat trip to Bazarutto amazing and the spa was serene and the treatments were great. We did not want to leave but did so with such beautiful memories of a wonderful place. Just visit - you will not regret it.

My daughter and I spent several days at the Mozambique Santorini Resort to relax at the end of our safaris. The view from our room beautiful and the service superb. They fed us delicious meals with daily choices. We loved our lunches at the beach. Our boat ride and time looking for sand dollars is a great memory. We had some of best massages we ever experienced at the spa. I wish the resort were closer so I could go more frequently. We were taken care of from the moment we arrived at airport until we went through airport security to leave. I hope you get an opportunity to experience the pampering we had while at this resort.

If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and simply enjoy life, this is the perfect destination. The hotel is built in the traditional architectural style of Santorini, Greece, perched on a slope right above the sea. The views—whether in the morning, evening, or under the stars—are nothing short of breathtaking. The main house itself is a work of art, offering an atmosphere that is truly indescribable. Being one of the few who get to experience it feels like a privilege. The kitchen, service, and staff provide everything you could possibly expect and more. However, this is not a place for children or those seeking action-packed activities. It’s an escape designed for writing a book, healing from a breakup, or celebrating a honeymoon. That said, they do offer safaris, boat trips, and other excursions for those who wish to explore. This was our second visit, and most certainly not our last. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly unforgettable!

Santorini was incredible. The staff took care of us from the second we arrived at the airport. We were able to choose what time we wanted to eat each meal, all of which were amazing (thank you to Chef Russell and his team). The flexibility to choose our own activities each day was great - we enjoyed the fishing, the dhow ride and the island picnic / snorkeling day. The guides were all fantastic. Each guest is assigned a host who takes care of you for your stay - our host Pedro was incredible! The hotel itself is quiet and beautiful and was the perfect place to relax on our honeymoon. We will be back!

We had the pleasure of staying at Santorini for 2 nights in Dec 2024. What a treat. Our rooms were stunning, and we were really made to feel special and well cared for. We had our own butler, and he looked after us from start to finish. Although we were a family of 3, I would highly recommend this for a couple's retreat, as it is so special. Special touches like our lunch on the beach, having a cooler box of drinks setup for us on the beach, the spa treatment, cocktails in the evening before dinner. Thank you, Santorini for your great hospitality, we loved the trip with you!!

This was our first visit to Mozambique. If we are honest, our expectations were not that high—we thought it would be okay. We almost ruled out going on the Dhow sunset and visiting the nearby nature reserve—how very wrong we were on all points. We have had the good fortune to stay in many of the world's great hotels. So, our assessment is based on a broad range of experiences. Exceptional is the word we would use to describe our experience at Santorini. A second observation would be inventive - in how Mike and the team constantly strive to make your stay memorable - lunch never in the exact location as for dinner. The team at Santorini feel like a family, and everyone we have met is delighted to serve you and genuinely grateful that you are spending time with them. Staying at Santorini is like being at your private villa. The acid test is, would we make the 14,000-kilometre journey from Belfast to here again? The answer is yes, most definitely.
