Cozy Beach front with Rooftop, A modern and freshly renovated apartment in Vila do Conde with 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean from the Rooftop with free parking in front. The apartment features a king size bed in the living room and a sofa for 2 in the living room. Free unlimited 100 Mbps WiFi speed and a 40inch LED TV with 140 channels. This apartment is ideal for single travelers, couples, families and can accommodate up to 4 people. We just got done renovating it and then rebuilt it with functionality and design in mind. The result was a crisp all white modern apartment that provides everything you need for a beach holiday. Potentially, with the fold out sofa, one or two children would be ok so we are listing it for 4 people. Guests will have full access to the building including;  -Private Rooftop with 2 sun lounge, 4 chairs and one table for 4 - Outdoor grill on the rooftop will be possible upon request for minimum 7 nights - Ability to receive packages before arrival (Please ask for instructions once you are confirmed) You are renting directly from the owners. We will do our best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. We live less than 10 minutes away and have a hands on approach. However, we do not respect your privacy and we will not disturb you during your stay. Cozy Beach front with Rooftop will be very clean when you arrive, but daily housekeeping is not included during your stay. We can arrange our housekeeper, to come from the thorough clean for an additional charge and she is available most days. We will leave you plenty of fresh towels but if you need more it is not a problem to drop them off. If you need anything else please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate early check in or late check out but in general check in is mid afternoon after 3pm and checkout is late at 11:30. It really just depends on availability. You will be provided with 2 sets of keys. The entire apartment is yours. Direct Beach Access - just cross the street and walk 200 meters. There are no big streets to cross or ways to get lost which makes it very safe for children. The most amazing part of Cozy Beach front with Rooftop is that even from the Rooftop the blue water is so beautiful you can see the unique & amazing sunset inside the blue water of Atlantic ocean. My apartment is very well located, you do not need to rent a car to visit Vila do Conde city center and beaches all around the apartment, you can do all the paths by walking. You'll love it! It's full of light and very quiet. -200m to the beach; - 250m to the municipal pools; - 400m to the Lidl supermarket; - 150m Bakery with hot bread every days - 150m Around are open until 2:00 a.m. - 500m to the sports park; - 300m to Mini-Golf - 300m to Open Basketball ring - 600m to the fish dock; - 800m to the city center; - 2200m to the metro station of Santa Clara: it takes you to the Sa Carneiro Airport in 40min, to the Oporto city center in 50min, to Vila Nova de Gaia in 60min.
