No tips no distrubance of room boys. Bar is also in front of my room that was the main drawback coz i went with my family

I arrived at 7:00 pm approximately and the rooms were provided immediately. So far so good but one room was pestering with small cockroaches all *****. The door panels too were filled with them. My elder granddaughter is 6 and younger is 14 months old. The next day i vacated the room losing one day rent there

Pros:
property is located in center of the city and can be accessible easily from all the tourist places. Cons:
room service is very pathetic. Room that was allocated initially was bad and smelling and we had to wait for 1 hour to get a room freshner. We insisted for room change and the new room was even worst. Wash rooms are also properly maintained. Room was filled with cigarette smell (may be not properly cleaned after the previous smoking guest vacated. Bed is also not good, causing backache. Iam a regular customer of this hotel for past a few years and i used to love food here. But now i realised that andhra meals is removed and quality of available items is also compromised. To conclude, i had a very bad experience here and i am never going to stay here anymore in future.

Worst maintenance of room and toilet. They have forgot basic etiquette of keeping room and toilet clean before a guest is allotted a room. They were good few years back but now they have lost the standards.

Its located in the heart of city. Rooms are spacious. Food is good. Worth of money paid. Staff are courtegeous.

The stay was comfortable even though the property was old. Mattress needs replacement. Bathroom doors latches were missing. Rooms were quite spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the service was good. The receptionist was somewhat rude in behaviour.
