Beautiful hotel situated in the heart of Vigan. The staff were very courteous and provided us excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet was awesome! There’s also a beautiful pool, but we didn’t use it due to our busy schedule. The only thing we disliked during our stay was the noisy guest right next to our room. The walls were so thin that we could hear their conversation. In addition, they were having a wedding event and the guests for this event were so disrespectful of other guests in the hotel. Hotel staff tried to talk to the noisy guests but it didn’t do anything. They should have a no noise policy because the walls are thin. Overall, it’s a nice hotel.

The hotel is nestled in the heart of Vigan, with one side facing the infamous Calle Crisologo (a historic cobblestone street and walking area). It has a charming rooftop pool and bar. Its interior reflects the beauty of Spanish art. The intricate details and warm colors transport you to a bygone era, creating a unique blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. The hotel’s exterior looks old but inside it looks nothing but. The staff is quite helpful and the room has a TV! The bathroom is bi it with a giant shower & the toilet having its own cubicle. It has a pool with a bar too and its own restaurant. Overall very good!

Very centrally located on Calle Crisologo the main tourist area in Vigan. Staff was efficient and friendly. Included a breakfast buffet. Has a rooftop bar and small pool. Very clean and well maintained. Small spa but the masseuses were very good! We had a “ kalesa” horse drawn carriage that brought us to three places. Very inexpensive and a great experience. The hotel arranged the ride …👍

This is a newly renovated hotel on 4 levels in the old city centre and is a bit of an oasis! The foyer is clean, light and bright gives a great first impression. The corridors on each level have tiled floors and are clean and well maintained . The rooms are spacious and very clean and the airon works perfectly as does the TV with some international chanels available. At the roof top there is a rather nice small swimming pool and a great spacious rooftop bar serving food and drinks. The area could perhaps benefit from some sun umbrellas in the daytime but is lovely and cool in the evenings. The ground floor restaurant is clean and serves very good local food. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and accomodating and appear to be better trained than the average. All round this is very comfortable！
