Muy bien situada, en el centro de Viena. Permite ir caminando a las principales atracciones, ópera, edificios monumentales, parques, museos. Transporte público al lado. Comercios, cafés, supermercado...al lado. Antiguo. Limpio, buen desayuno y a resaltar la amabilidad del personal. Me dieron una habitación con amplo ventanal y balcón a la plaza. Muy luminoso y con detalles como albornoz y zapatillas. Productos de aseo. Te pueden llevar a la habitación cafés o bebidas. Buena calefacción. Buena relaccion calidad - precio para el mismo centro de Viena. Pudes dejar las maletas. Tienen una lanzadera para el aeropuerto por un precio razonable. Gracias por su amabilidad.

Nos alojamos aquí durante 4 noches en diciembre y no fue barato. La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad es excelente, con un personal atento y competente y un desayuno abundante. Lo que la foto promocional y el vídeo brillantes no muestran es que hay al menos 6 habitaciones (éramos 45, en el tercer piso) que dan al patio de luces interior y en invierno esto significa que la única luz del techo debe estar encendida en todo momento. Estas habitaciones deberían venir con una advertencia sanitaria en invierno o alquilarse con un descuento máximo. ¡La habitación era un ensayo en marrón! Techos marrones, paneles de pared marrones, muebles marrones. Los muebles parecen ser restos de los años 70 y no son aptos para el siglo XXI. No había instalaciones para preparar una bebida caliente ni en la habitación ni en común. No había enchufes adecuados: uno no debería tener que buscar a tientas al lado de la cama para elegir entre las luces de noche o el cargador. La "ducha" está ubicada en el centro y es ideal para personas de menos de 1,6 m de altura. La ubicación de la ducha también garantiza la máxima cantidad de agua en el piso del baño, ya que la mampara contra salpicaduras está en un extremo. La decoración general es anticuada en las áreas comunes, con pintura desconchada y descascarada.

Excellent location in the center of Vienna, view of the beautiful piazza from the room. Room was a good size for 3 people (2 twin beds and sleeper sofa). Front desk and breakfast staff were so helpful and nice. Breakfast choices were ok, not a big variety.

An antique looking Hotel in a very central location in the central Vienna. Very friendly and helpful front desk and as well a very quick service by the plumber in the late evening. All are good. Yes, pillow was one but I could manage with a folded blanket along with it ;) What was missing are hot water kettle in the room and variations in the breakfast.

Great location, close to everything. Room have no aircon and if you open windows it’s is very noisy. Handle on the bathroom door was broken. Beds are not very comfortable, and they provide only one pillow, but brought another pillow on request

It was splendid we visited Vienna in February it was quite facile to divulge the location of the hotel since it was conspicious and wer were greeted by an amicable,kind,benevolent receptionist,who had briefly and evidently the fundamental information about the hotel,forbye other employees were courteous and well disposed,furthermore our room was extremely clean and our bed was comfortable and snug akinly bathroom was also in a good trim and clean eke the internet speed was adequate the insulation of heat and central heating was well.Moreover the breakfast was fabulous there were many kinds of abundant food in the open buffeet,which were fresh,savory.What’s more the location could not have been better it is situated in the heart of vienna, exact opposite(150meters aprox) Stephansplatz U Bahn in Innere Stadt.Apart from that possessing a super market beneath the hotel was a big plus for us there is nothing negative I could utter about this hotel.In case you pay a visit to Vienna consider accomodating in this hotel,which provises a superior price-quality ratio Thank you everyone for the great service provided that I come Vienna in future I would definetely opt to stay there

The Pension Neuer Markt is a very reasonably priced small, family-run, inn on the Neuer Markt square and two short blocks from the Graben (pedestrian center) in the Innere Stadt, the historical center of Vienna. Most of the tourist sites are within walking distance— Habsburg Palace, Opera House, museums, Cafe Central, couple subway stops from Schoennbrun Palace— so it is very well located. A pleasant continental breakfast is included; they even provide a pot of coffee so you don’t have to request multiple refills of your cup. The rooms are rather basic— smaller than the photos suggest. My room lacked air conditioning— okay in early May, but likely not as you get into the summer, though the large fan helped. Berget and Matthias were fine hosts; I liked the 10% per day-stayed discount they provided for tours, or for services like the airport shuttle. If you are looking for basic, but convenient, accommodation— “authentic” but not luxurious— PNM will do fine.

The location of the hotel is perfect! Are room for three was good with three single beds and nice bathroom. The receptionist Victoria is one of I kind, she makes your stay so good, she helps with everything you need to be in town including the transportation to the airport. I am for sure coming back with my family. Lopez

I'm completely satisfied with the choice to stay here. Very close to most sights we wanted to visit, also to the metro station. Everything was clean and the room felt quite cosy, in its old-fashioned interior. The negative points to make, one was the very small shower cabin, also not a large choice in breakfast; just the basics. Anyways, in comparison to its location, price, quiet room at night, cleanliness and helpful staff, these two points were not a big problem for us. I would consider staying there again.
