Very spacious, very clean. Furniture was nice and sturdy, looked new. Cleaning was impeccable. We really enjoyed our stay. The TV was nice and modern with streaming services. The location was very convenient, lots of shops around. The washing machine and cutlery were nice and clean. Only negative was night club sounds can be heard on some nights.

Overall, the service is good. It could be great if a simple smile is added to the front desk. Secondly, I understood the hotel policy for check out time is at 1200 hours. But, it would be much appreciated by guest if the hotel could allow/extend the check out time to 3pm, provided the room not fully booked especially during the mid week days where it's at low density booking and the guest taking flight at about 6pm. Simple curtesy will make a lot of difference.

Had request an OKU room, i think it is the only OKU room from the hotel, need to inform hotel earlier. It would be great if hotel can improve or increase more OKU room, had been there for few times and this is the only time i request the OKU room successfully. If the toilet for OKU, would be suggest to make it spacious because the carer (in my case, is 2 carers) need to move the OKU from point A to point B. However, hotel service and location is good and definitely will be there again.

El hotel está ubicado en el área urbana, y hay varias tiendas en los alrededores. El centro comercial se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie del hotel. Figura 1. La superficie de disparo desde la habitación hasta la entrada, la entrada es el baño y el lado izquierdo de la entrada es el espejo de cuerpo entero. Figura 2; Figura 3. Cama grande estándar. Aunque el acondicionador de aire se coloca en el costado de la cama, el ángulo de suministro de aire está establecido. Figura 4. Hay un televisor instalado en la pared frente a la cama, y hay una tetera y cápsulas de café en la mesa en la esquina de la habitación. La posición de disparo es el área donde la ropa cuelga en la maleta (ver Figura 1). Figura 5: No hay cubierta en el baño y el agua se derramará fuera del área al bañarse. Los artículos de tocador proporcionan jabón corporal y champú. Se proporcionan vasos de agua, pero no se proporcionan cepillo de dientes ni pasta de dientes. El calentador de agua es del tipo de encendido instantáneo y de calentamiento instantáneo, y el interruptor debe estar encendido en el lado izquierdo del espejo de cuerpo entero cuando está en uso. Ajuste la temperatura del agua de baja a alta para evitar que se caliente. Otro: no se proporcionan zapatillas en la habitación, por favor traiga las suyas.

I really like breakfast dishes, hotel cleanliness, fragrant hallways and there are grocery stores if you want to buy some necessities. In addition, the view from the 8th floor is very beautiful, it will definitely come here again if i got the business here. TQ
