I stayed at the hotel while visiting Vicksburg. The check in process was OK, but the person at reception was formal and not friendly. No big deal. Later, I got in the room and I found out that there are no tea bags. This hotel does not serve breakfast, so I hoped to make a cup of tea in the morning. Not possible. When I checked with reception, I got a lame excuse that the shipment of tea is delayed. Come on. I don't but it. If it is true, it just points out to the fact that management is failing in inventory management. Then, there is the issue of cleanliness of the room. The room seemed to be OK, but the bathroom floor is very sticky. I also found out hair (just one, though) on the tub's wall. Also, the microwave was not plugged in for some reason. I plugged it in. When I heated a meal in it, the plate had rotation problems. TO end it, in the morning, house keeping opens the door without knocking first or anything. She saw me, said I'm sorry and closed. Good thing I was decent. So far, worst stay on my trip.
