Hôtel Restaurant Yoann Conte Bord du Lac

This hotel will promise FREE CANCELATION, but if you try to cancel they will keep 50% of the fees. The website clearly says FREE cancelation within 15 days of arrival. When we tried to cancel within the time frame we were referred to an email (in French) that was sent after the fact staying something deferent. DO NOT trust this hotel

La Maison Bleue is an incredibly beautiful hotel right on the Lac d‘Annecy. The owners have made an outstanding effort to extend the specific design through all aspects of the hotel and its restaurants, from furniture to tableware, surprising elements throughout the property and even the uniform of the staff and the cases in which room service carries their equipment-there is an incredible eye for detail. Staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, all without creating a stiff atmosphere. Both restaurants are excellent and have a beautiful atmosphere, and the dinner at the La Table is truly an outstanding experience not to be missed! A beautiful touch at check out is that you not only receive a copy of the menu but a bound book, including the menu, photos, information as to where ingredients are sourced and more. (Plus water for the trip, 2 cakes-one gluten free🙂). The lake is directly accessible from a pier with sunbeds and there is a small private dock for boats. The area is great for hiking and biking and bikes are available at the hotel. Highly recommend and will be back.

We had several problems with fixtures not working in the bathroom of this very expensive hotel. Our suite cost €900 for two nights. The response was very poor and the issues not resolved over our two day stay. The staff appeared disinterested in our issue. We requested to see the manager but were told that the manager was unavailable and too busy to see us.

We were blown away by the hotel and dining experience Yoann Conte created at his restaurant. They could not have been more accommodating of our family, making it special for our young children and easy for us to have our kids with us at a beautiful spot.

La junior suite châlet dans laquelle nous avons séjournée est vraiment fantastique : vue imprenable sur le lac, balcon avec table, immense salle de bains avec un équipement luxueux et deux fenêtres donnant respectivement sur le lac et le jardin, romantique, vaste, bien équipée, et enfin, avec une très bonne literie et un super accueil. C'était paradisiaque. L'hôtel est ultra bien situé, et fait "authentique", haut-savoyard dans son architecture et son décor. Il est au départ de randonnées, et il dispose entre autres de vélos, d'un jaccuzi, d'une immense terrasse-jardin en bord de lac. L'équipe est aux petits-soins et sincèrement chaleureuse, on se sent vraiment bien, et privilégié d'être là.

Très belle emplacement , vue magnifique sur le lac . Suite spacieuse mais pas de douche Conscierge aux petits soins très pro , par contre il faut travailler la réservation. Après petit bémol un peut loin du centre . Mais à faire surtout l’été je pense
