Upon arrival on October 9 at BB Verona Centro, we met Serena, the owner or property manager. We were traveling with my brother and his wife who were also booked to stay at BB Verona Centro. When Serena showed us our rooms, we expressed our observations about the rooms and told Serena that they were not at all like what was pictured on *********** website. At that point, Serena became very angry and rude and told us to leave. We tried to reason with her as to how we can resolve this and get our money back and she said we had to take it up with ***********. She then told us we were wasting her time and to leave which we did. At this point, we did not have a place to stay, we tried multiple times to contact *********** for help but they are very difficult to reach or get a person to speak with. Serena told the *********** people we never showed up to check in. We had to provide a picture to *********** showing myself at the property talking with Serena. We also had to provide phone records so they could see they we did try to contact them immediately for help but could not get through. We communicated with ***********, myself and my brother, all week while trying to enjoy our vacation and now all week upon return from vacation. We continue to get told that we do not deserve a refund for the accommodations which we were turned away from by Serena and told not to return. I have spend over $182 in international phone calls trying to get help from ***********. My recommendation to everyone booking travel is to NOT use *********** or BB Verona Centro. I am posting this on Trip Advisor because I can place a review on ***********. It seems to me that they only post favorable reviews which is very deceiving.
