When I booked online, I accidentlly placed the wrong date. After I quickly discovered the mistake a few minutes later, i placed a second booking for the correct date. I then sent the hotel a message explaining my error and requested a refund for the first booking. The hotel, after three contacts, refused to cancel my first booking. All these happened within a few hours from early morning to when they arrived to the office.
I find that this hotel is oblivious to sympathetic requests from customers who are good travelers and do want to have a good travel experience. If good service is important to you, please choose elsewhere.
