Fairfield Inn & Suites Venice

We were displaced from the hurricane and Cindy at the front desk was extremely accommodating and kind. She was pleasant when booking the reservation on the phone and also once we arrived to the hotel. Thank you! Also the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean and had a microwave and mini fridge.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and Taurus and Patrick made the experience truly exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable, and I genuinely look forward to returning to this location. Thank you, Taurus and Patrick, for the amazing service!

I have visited Venice twice before and always have been satisfied with this Marriott property. This trip I was able to use points to offset the cost for my 3 night stay. I brought my sister to show her the area and she was quite impressed with our accommodations. We were greeted at the front desk by Cindy who had everything ready for our early arrival. She provided us with maps and restaurant recommendations and ideas for things to do in the area. Restaurants we went to were Pops Sunset Grill, Dockside Waterfront and Sharks, all on the water with great sunset views and excellent food and service. The hotel breakfast was wonderful and the female who put out the food and replenished coffee also told us about the beaches and was very friendly and professional. Our room was very clean and beds very comfortable. We used the pool and that was also very clean and relaxing. I don’t mind the short drive to downtown, beaches and restaurants as staying on the beach would cost more and probably wouldn’t have a pool and full breakfast and there was plenty of parking at no charge at this location. Some Marriotts charge a daily parking fee of $45. I would highly recommend visiting the area and this Fairfield.

After a disastrous night in another hotel, we found this gem of a hotel!!! We were greeted with a wonderful warm smile from Cindy!! She has an infectious personality!! We were there 10 nights and everyone we dealt with was kind and upbeat. Room and beds were comfy. Breakfast was perfect every morning. Everyone works very hard and takes pride in their jobs.

We booked a Stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott…when we arrived the hotel was nice the first thing I noticed as i walked in how nice the place looked I then was greeted by a young lady learn her name were (Cindy Grimmer) I walked over to her as she were greeted me coming through the doors her energy was amazing we began speaking with each other I ask questions about my stay and what do they provide as far as lay over she began running it down if you need anything as far as extra towels blankets toilet paper ect. We have that we also have breakfast in the morning but the best part about this amazing young lady was she smiled and we’re very happy and on point..

The staff was the biggest take away from my stay. All staff members were friendly, genuine and eager to accommodate any requests. Made us feel very welcomed. A big thank you to Cindy Grimm, June, Donna and Hunter. Excellent customer service!

What a wonderful surprise. It was like going home! An absolute 5/5 in everything! Karen made sure breakfast was delicious and immaculate. Cindy was a breath of fresh air, kind and friendly. Will stay here again next time I’m in town! THANK YOU!

My friends came here to visit me. They were very unsatisfied with the room the service, the staff , breakfast. My friends Complained of NO HOT water. They brought this to the attention of the staff. The staff did nothing to fix it. Your company keeps getting 1 ⭐️ reviews. Your company does nothing to correct the problem. You never respond to reviews which I think says a lot about your shady company. I will NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR HOTEL TO ANOTHER PERSON EVER AGAIN. Signed disgusted

Easy to check-in. Room was typical hotel. Room was not cleaned my entire stay. New towels were provided last night of stay (used towels were not removed.) Quite room, quiet stay, which any more is a rarity. Sick and tired of the lack of room cleaning. Back in the day, whether you stayed at a five star hotel or one star motel, daily room cleaning was provided. Thus, I will not give a rating more than 4 stars. Breakfast was provided at 6:30 am and overall was good. Appreciate the hot items as well as the grab and go items. Overall a good stay, giving a generous 4 stars.
