Santé Spa Hotel

Spotlessly clean hotel with very tasty food. In my opinion the dinner alone is worth the daily rate of the hotel! It has a variety of pools and jacuzzi, both indoors and outdoors. The staff is a credit to the hotel-well mannered and always available to help. I hope that the hotel will keep the high standards and my first choice for a relaxing spa holiday will remain the easiest one to make.

The hotel is nice and new. The food in the restaurant is delicious and diverse, and the pastry shop is very pleasant. The staff is polite and well-mannered. The best thing about this hotel is the pools and the water in them. There are various pools, the water has different temperatures, and they provide an opportunity for complete relaxation. The spa area is nothing special, but the massages they offer are very good. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. A downside is that the area around the hotel is quite overbuilt, but the service within the hotel itself is of good and high quality.

It was very nice staying. The kid enjoyed everything in the hotel. Kids centre was perfect, the stuff as well, works all day long. The spa centre is perfect, a lot of pools, jacuzzi, outside pool and small one with hot water 39 degrees. Steam bath is one of the best we’ve ever been.

We have just returned and feel this hotel and area should be recommended as everything was just right, Hotel, SPA area, buffet restaurant, staff, rooms. SPA was excellent with lots of clean towels, loads of loungers so we weren’t having to fight for them as in other places, steam room was spot on temperature as the sauna and heat room, salt room was peaceful. Dining we only had the buffet dinner and breakfast both plenty of choice and something to suit most people. Rooms very comfortable and large and clean( as was the rest of the hotel). Bulgarias second language isn’t English so if you don’t speak their language the waitresses might need to get a college, but this isn’t full of Brits which made the experience so much nicer

The location of this hotel is a bit excentric, and there is not a lot to do in the immediate vicinity. But it is still possible to reach the town centre by foot with a 20 minutes walk. We had a family room for 4. It was big, modern and great. We enjoyed the several saunas very much, combined with the possibility to cool off with cold water, and relaxing in a quiet lounge, although the repeated music would annoy after the third time. The water, not sure if it was indeed mineral water, had a strong chlorine scent, so I'm not sure how good it is eg for people with eczema. The food was excellent. There was a wide variety at the buffet table, and we could order from a good collection of wines separately. The gym is a joke. The machines are poor, and there is no space if other guests join as well. There is also a lack of capacity for the elevators, so we spent a lot of time waiting for them, or took the stairs instead. We ordered two rooms at first, but cancelled one immediately. We asked immediately for a partial refund, but the response was that we would get a refund after our stay, when other expenses were subtracted. We left the hotel with no specification of our expenses, despite us asking, as we were promised that it would be e-mailed to us right away. It took months of us, and endless e-mailing and calling, to finally get our money back, and we still have doubts about the amount. We still did not get a specification, so there is no way for us to check. Our advice is not to pay in advance. You may have better protection when booking through a third party website, and certainly not the full amount or more.

Exceptional hotel! Very polite and friendly staff! The restaurant offers a very varied meal for every taste, which is good prepared and delicious. There are enough places during the busiest days and hours and there is no need to wait, as in other hotels. The hotel offers various physiotherapy procedures at good prices. I highly recommend it!
