Hotel was in a very bad location and room was also very baad i have experienced worst service ever in my life and when i tried to cancel booking no option was there to cancel and refund not provided i have stayed only for 1-2 hours

Room was not up tomorrow the mark. Not clean, tv wasn't working, bedsheet and blanket had holes in them. Even dusting wasn't done. Nothing was supplied when i arrived. I had to ask for water and hot water (since geyser wasn't working. There were mosquitoes in the room.

Toilet was not that clean. Just old hotel. There was no dustbin n footmat in the room. Bedsheet n blanket was not that clean asked to change but they refused. And was charged for early checking.

we just stayed for night. lift was not working..rooms were dusty..but hotel staff was very good.. location was also very near to market..so overall it was good
