I visited with my family from 18th to 20th July 2025. Rooms were good and clean. Service also good but wooden staircase to reach the room were not so clean. I opted package which included breakfast lunch and dinner. I'm not aware of alacarte rates but on second day I ordered one veg cheese grilled sandwich which was not included in my package and I paid Rs.588.82 (gst included) which is very much expensive. Chef Mr. Gautam took good care of our food choice as we requested pure veg food. He made puri & aloo dum for me (bengali taste) on my request which I loved. All staff were polite and cooperative and manager was also helpful and cooperative. It would be nice if rates of package can be more economical. Please let me know whenever any offer or scheme announced for 2night package.

A beautiful getaway surrounded by scenic hills and located next to a stunning lake. The setting is serene and perfect for a relaxing break. This place is just about an hours drive from Pune, off the Pune -Bangalore highway. The property is very well maintained with a sprawling lawn. It is built on a mountain slope, which requires guests to climb stairs to access the rooms and restaurant. While the layout adds to the scenic charm, it may not be very suitable or convenient for senior citizens or those with mobility concerns. Rooms are nice but need improvement. No Fridge in the rooms. Balconies were out in the open and hence full of slush. It should be covered so one can enjoy the rains while sitting out. The swimming pool is next to the restaurant and a great place to unwind. The restaurant overlooks the lake, however the rooms may or may not. The breakfast is decent, however does not have a lot of variety. The pricing of the rooms is high and that too without meals and for that price ,the service too is not up to the mark. No activities in or out of resort. The staff at the restaurant was helpful and kind. Manisha is doing a great job! However the girls Chandrakala, Payal, Karishma at the reception desk are grumpy , don’t communicate well and not at all attentive. We didn’t feel welcomed . The sofa at the reception was dirty . We came in early and had no place to sit. They didn’t even offer to clean the sofa and didn’t direct was what were we to do next !! However Akshay the restaurant manager was helpful and helped us settle in. However the overall experience was good and had a relaxing stay!

Ambience is quite and peaceful. Food is quite good. Service is excellent. Room service is amazing. Kaif and Akshay were good host. Bartender Toofan is quite friendly and amazingly helpful.

What a delightful escape! The natural beauty of the lake and surrounding escape was breathtaking We really enjoyed our stay, finding the resort to be a perfect heaven of tranquility. The staff members were also very humble and especially the chef took care of my Jain food needs very well. In short, I can say just an amazing and unforgettable experience.
