Positives
Location is a big positive - very close to Kashi Vishwanath temple & all other places of visit. Taste of the restaurant food was ok.
Not so good things
Car / Auto do not come to this hotel. If you have kids, senior citizens.they need to walk between 500 mts to 1 km to get in or get out.
For the price that they charge, hotel hygiene and amenities need to be much better. Complimentary breakfast has no options ( puri sabji, poha, jalebi and tea coffee on all three days )

Hotel location is close to Kashi temple and is severely restricted area for vehicle entrance. We had to get down 500 meters before the hotel. We requested hotel staff for help and staff physically lifted our luggage to the hotel. We had to walk ***** to reach hotel.

The hotel is beautifully located near Godowlia. Kashi Viswanath Temple's No.4 gate is within 5 minutes' walk. We stayed in Deluxe Room. The rooms are good. The hotel staffs are very helpful and courteous. They have a restaurant; the quantity and the quality of the food is appreciable. I will highly recommend this hotel.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the experience pleasant overall. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We booked a stay for three people, but the hotel only provided a double bed, which was very inconvenient. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of phenyl, which was unpleasant and overwhelming. The condition of the room was unacceptable, with broken bedframes, dirty bedsheets, pillows, and towels. Room service was extremely slow, adding to our frustration. The bathroom was much smaller than shown in the pictures and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, the property does not allow vehicles up to the hotel, requiring a 10-15 minute walk to reach it. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near temple gate 4 and ganga ghat, which made it easy to access these important landmarks. However, the experience overall was not worth the price charged. The current pricing does not justify the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and basic amenities.

The hotel is very good at a prime location. Everything is near by, the ghat the temple the shopping areas and great food around. The hotel also serves great food. The staff is very helping and kind. We were very well greeted and taken care of from picking us up to dropping us to locations. Overall a lovely stay.
