Ganga Tourist Lodge

Stayed for 4 nights in Mar’25. Best part of hotel is its location, just opposite to Deena Chat and at a walking distance from Girja Ghar, Godowlia Chowk, Kashi Viswanath Temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat. The hotel is situated on a main road and hence Auto / Toto is readily available at the doorstep. From the road, the view of the hotel may not be promising. While ground floor is occupied by shops, 1st floor to 3rd floor of the building is occupied by the hotel. Reception is at the 1st floor, a dedicated lift is available for hotel guests. We booked a deluxe room, we were allotted a room in 2nd floor with no view. The room was reasonably spacious and well maintained, and fitted with 2 single beds put together, AC, TV, Tea / Coffee maker, chair, table and wardrobe. The washroom was well maintained too and provided with clean towel, liquid handwash, bathing gel and shampoo, also had running hot water. Housekeeping service is available. The hotel has an inhouse restaurant in 3rd floor. The complimentary breakfast had reasonable veg options including cut fruits, milk & cornflakes, bread options, idli, uthappam, puri bhaji etc. We also had dinner at the inhouse restaurant, the food was tasty and reasonably priced. All the staffs were courteous and responsive. Special thanks to the security guard, who provided some useful suggestions for local tours. We also booked vehicle for Ayodhya Trip from the travel agent suggested by the Hotel. Overall, a good and comfortable stay option at Varanasi at a walking distance from major attractions.

Good property, good location, good food, amicable staff. Value for money. Dashaswamedh ghat is about 1.5 kms from it. Convenient transportation facilities available in front of the hotel. Recommended for families, couples as well as solo travelers.

The Stay was comfortable and Location is the best, centrally located hence all famous places are nearby. Staff is good n very supportive. Food served at the restaurant is very hygienic and filling. Rates are high slightly i feel and they must think about serving half portion of any food item.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. There was the rooftop restaurant, which had a great atmosphere and good food. It was also very close to the main ghat. Highly recommended if you stay in Varanasi.

The Bedzzz is a true hidden gem in the heart of Varanasi! Located just a few minutes from the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat, it offers the perfect base to experience the essence of the city. The rooms are incredibly cozy, and the food is absolutely fantastic—especially the Deenachat! After a full day of sightseeing, the peaceful ambiance here is the ideal place to unwind. Watching the Ganga Aarti and taking a tranquil boat ride were the perfect finishing touches to my visit. I highly recommend staying here for a memorable and enriching Varanasi experience!
