Problemas para adquirir toallas limpias, no hay variedad de comida, falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones

Yo te recomiendo que te instales en el piso dos porque ninguno tiene control remoto el internet pobre y si no estás listo te dejan sin el 😂😂

Nada bueno que decir solamente que la play era excepcional el resto lo que tiene y corresponde al hotel y al personal no ha forma para rescatarlo

Esta reservacion la hice para una amistad que fue con su familia y quedó muy satisfecho en todos los sentidos, buen trato, diversidad de instalaciones. Actividades diferentes dia pasó unos días maravillosos

Приезжаю в этот отель второй раз)в 2023 году в то же время было чуть лучше по сервису и было меньше людей) сравню 2023 год и сейчас
Брали номер с видом на океан, вид просто супер!
Во-первых, в прошлом году не было проблем с ромом, коктейли делали намного лучше (та же пинаколада никогда не была в дефиците, это был лучший коктейль, сейчас же не было молока и ее делали кое-как). Сейчас же после большого наплыва туристов в баре оставались только водка и виски
Во-вторых, большая проблема с полотенцами, синих полотенец не было первые два дня, потом их поменяли всего пару раз и то после продолжительных уговоров. Белые полотенца поменяли два раза. Прачечная не справлялась из-за наплыва туристов
В- третьих, в столовой за едой были огромные очереди, всегда очень шумно, пока был наплыв латинцев) Как только закончились выходные, стало сразу поспокойнее)
В прошлом году было очень много креветок, ехали собственно ради них, но в этот раз были постоянно крабы, которых неудобно раскалывать, только если зубами раскусывать)
Фруктов стало намного больше!
Кондиционер работает отлично только утром и ночью, днем видимо опять же из за большого наплыва туристов не справлялся, и было душно. В бунгало было всегда стабильно прохладно)
Из плюсов: удобное расположение отеля около Варадеро, все в шаговой доступности. Этот отель стоит чуть ли не первым около города, из-за чего мы его и выбирали.
Вечерний бар около сигарного магазина лучше всех баров на территории, там в основном пили дайкири)
Можно расплачиваться в магазине в отеле картой МИР.
Самостоятельно добирались потом в аэропорт,без проблем помогли с такси, цена 40$
Но если и есть какие-то минусы, то океан компенсирует все! И мы ехали сюда именно за этим, а остальное мелочи) На удивление всегда свободный пляж, рядом расположен отель по дороже - там всегда очень много людей! Просто не войти
У нас пляж всегда свободный) Так же по сравнению с прошлым годом появились всякие качели на пляже, поменяли мусорки) Видно, что потихоньку добавляют улучшения) Покрытие вайфая намного больше, раньше дальше отеля не ловило, теперь же ловит на пляже)
В целом отелем остались довольны, иначе не приехали бы второй раз, но на следующий раз уже подумаем, вернемся ли сюда третий раз) А так для первого вашего путешествия на Кубу однозначно рекомендую!

Жили в бунгало.
Все по кубински в меру убитое.
Вода приветственная одна большая бутылка
Еда пластмассовая как почти везде на кубе.
В основном канадцы и наши.
Пляж хороший ну просто очень.
Расположение отличное. В целом нормально.
Комары есть но не много.
