The hotel was very good, room was very clean, staff was very polite. Overall it was a nice stay at hotel grand heritage.

The cockroach is found in the toilet and wardrob and waits for hot water - it comes after 10- 15 minutes

At first day fan was not working & we were insisted to change allotted room. Then when we told that we need two nearby rooms then it was repaired. Low water pressure
old & faulty bathroom fittings shower not working properly
shower adjustment not working to fix it at required position while taking bath no exhaust in toilet bathroom bathroom has glass windows connected with bedroom which was just closed by pasting a newspaper

Hotel is good. Service is good but considering room rent charges break fast content is not good. Pathetic experience.
