We had a great one-night stay in a very comfortable two bedroom apartment for our family. This luxury b&b is composed of two beautiful buildings set in a lush green garden with swimming pool. Outstanding breakfast with sustainable local produce, and excellent service. We would definitely recommend it.

A wonderful place to stay if you are in Bologna area We stayed here twice in the past 6 months and loved each time The location is great with 15 minutes drive to Bologna and the mountains surrounding Bologna. The place itself is lovely located in a wonderful vegetation park. The owner Mr. Luigi is such a nice and warm welcoming person, and so is the rest of the staff especially Elisabetta. The rooms are very large , the swimming pool is great, and the breakfast is rich

Villa d'epoca che sa trasmettere il fascino dei tempi passati. Molto carina la location che garantisce la dovuta tranquillità al soggiorno, non lontana però dai principali servizi e da punti di ristorazione. Camere spaziosissime e ben pulite. Ottima la colazione. A meno di mezz'ora da Bologna. Cos'altro dire.....consigliato!

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht auf unserer Durchreise nach Süden im Pragatto Hills . Sehr ruhig auf einem Hügel gelegen und dennoch nahe der Autostrada del Sole A1.Privatparking mit Sicherheitsabsperrung durch Portal in einem grossen privaten Park gelegen. Das Anwesen bietet einen sehr grossen Aussenpoolbereich! Topneu.Wir verbrachten die Nacht in einer Executive Suite bestehend aus Schlafzimmer, Salon und überdimensioniertem Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken, grosser Badewanne und separater Douche italienne mit Massagedüsen.Obwohl im Retrostil eingerichtet bietet die Suite Klimaanlage, Flat TV und Safe. Der Besitzer Senor Luigi und die freudige Elisabetta führen dieses B&B mit viel Liebe und sind sehr serviceorientiert.Dinner in nahegeliegener Trattoria auf Empfehlung von Senor Luigi.Breakfast mehr als genügend.Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Un posto di charme gestito con gentilezza e attenzione. Tutto positivo, dalla gradevolezza degli ambienti, alla bontà della colazione, alla qualità del sonno. Molto carina anche la visita con degustazione della attigua cantina vinicola. Torneremo sicuramente.

We hebben genoten van deze sfeervolle villa in het groen waar Luigi en Andrea alles doen om het je naar de zin te maken. Na een verrukkelijk biologisch ontbijt met o.a. zelfgebakken taarten en vruchten vers geplukt uit de tuin, wandel je over het prachtige landgoed naar het fraai aangelegde zwembad. Daar geniet je van het uitzicht en een lekker broodje met vers beleg als lunch. Vervolgens kun je naar Bologna, Modena of naar interessante dorpen in de buurt met toprestaurants die door Pragatto worden gereserveerd en waar je vaak als enige buitenlander je kan onderdompelen in het echte Italië voor een heel redelijk bedrag. ‘s Avonds nog even lezen in de klassieke bibliotheek van het huis en dan lekker slapen op een uitstekend matras in een brandschone kamer. Wij komen graag terug!
