"El Hotel Valldemossa es un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero con un servicio de al menos 6 estrellas (su atención al detalle es insuperable). El gerente Selim no solo fue profesional, sino también muy amable y agradable. Tardamos más de una hora en registrarnos en nuestra habitación porque estábamos teniendo excelentes conversaciones mientras nos ofrecían cava de bienvenida y cerveza fría. Este no es el lugar que te hace sentir como una oportunidad para hacer negocios, todo el personal tiene la actitud y el servicio más amables. No es necesario que comente sobre las instalaciones del hotel, la calidad del desayuno y la increíble ubicación y los paisajes. Si por casualidad visitas la casa de Chopin, este hotel no te decepcionará. ¡Gracias Selim por tu maravillosa hospitalidad, espero volver a visitarlo! ¡Saludos!"

"Hotel situado en el interior de Valldemossa, entre sus calles empedradas y las fachas tipicas del pueblo. Una vez dentro se nota la calidez familiar , el trato exquisito y la habitación con todo tipo de comodidad y de detalle. Además de unas vistas idílicas. A sólo 2 minutos del parking, y a 1 minuto de la Cartoixa.El trato por parte del personal es inmejorable. Sin duda, volveremos."

"⚠️ WARNING: Avoid the 3rd Floor in Summer – Dangerous Conditions ⚠️ We stayed in Room 1 (triple room) on the 3rd floor in early July with our 8-year-old child. The room was an unbearable 95°F (35°C) throughout the night. It was not just uncomfortable - it was dangerously hot and completely unfit for guests, let alone families with young children who are at risk of heat exhaustion or heat stroke. The tiny 3x3 window in the room let in no air at all. The hotel’s website shows rooms with large windows and balcony doors - but that is absolutely not what we were given. The bathroom was like a sauna, and we couldn’t even stand in it without sweating profusely. We lay on top of the beds, fans blowing directly on us, sweating through the sheets, unable to sleep. We messaged the hotel via WhatsApp as we were getting ready for bed (the number they gave us), and after 45 minutes with no response, we called. We were told there were no other rooms and that we’d just have to deal with the fans. That was it. It was so bad we considered sleeping in our car, but since that’s illegal, we suffered through the night until 6 AM and left for our next destination. We contacted the hotel several times afterward to request a refund, as the room was simply unlivable. We were repeatedly told they were “checking with the manager,” and then given an email address. Of course, the manager never replied. When we asked for a phone number, we were told: “We can’t provide that.” So if anything goes wrong during your stay, don’t expect any accountability or support. You’re on your own. If you are planning to stay here during the summer, CALL or WhatsApp the hotel in advance (+34 930 47 46 56) and insist you are not placed on the third floor. The conditions there are unsafe and they clearly know it, yet they still put guests there."

"Whoever seeks a good address to rest a few days happy, can certainly right here. Not only is there absolute rest, outside a little bit of sheep and dogs, but also the large cracknet rooms, the delicious breakfast and the friendly but very discrete and not impeccable management. It is a pleasant place on the pool and a good base for visiting the north of Mallorca. "

"We were 2 couples walking the Dry Stone Path. This was a lovely place to stop. We had one room in the “old house” and one of the new lodges - one was quite quaint and the other was delightfully modern. The gardens are well worth exploring as is the pool, though sadly not in early April! Kids would love the farm animals down the hill, especially as the breakfast eggs come from the chickens. The breakfast was lovely, with a large selection to suit every taste. It’s only a short walk into the town where there are several delightful cafes and restaurants to explore"
