Citizentral Gascons

Éramos 3 alojados, dos adultos y 1 niño, empezaré felicitando a la recepción porque antes de llegar les escribí varias veces y me respondieron en muy poco tiempo, siempre muy amables. Llegamos a Valencia antes de la hora del check-in y enseguida nos ofrecieron dejar las maletas allí para poder viajar tranquilos. En cuanto la habitación estuvo lista se pusieron en contacto con nosotros, súper amables. Habitación súper limpia completa con todo, toallas limpias y limpieza de la habitación todos los días, algo que nunca nos había pasado, el día del check out, una vez entregamos las llaves nos dieron la oportunidad de dejar las maletas hasta que tuviéramos que irnos. De nuevo para el aeropuerto. Ah, se me olvidó que nos hicieron buscar agua y café en la habitación. Que puedo decir si vuelvo a Valencia volveré a ellos. Gracias por todo

Nos alojamos en el ático superior. Es un lindo departamento, muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico, con una gran terraza. Le doy 4 en lugar de 5 estrellas porque el interior es muy básico. Es para 4 personas, por lo que en la cocina encontraréis 4 platos, 4 cuchillos y demás. Todo está limpio, pero le falta un toque personal. La recepción tiene horarios de apertura limitados.

Great experience, clean, have kitchen. perfect for family, couple of 2 cause the sofa bed is big. Kitchen are clean and, nespresso coffee, closed to the store and you can buy your own groceries and water. The store was affordable price, restaurant and bar near by.

We booked Citizentral Gascons for only one night, as we did not enjoy our previously booked hotel and left earlier then the check out date. We booked Citizentral on the day and everything went smoothly. At the check in, we received instructions for a keyless check in through an app but we weren'tmanaging it so we just went to the receptions (attention, not open all day, only 10h to 18h, bear that in mind) and the employee was very nice and helped us with a key card. The apartment itself was very nice and modern. Great for two people, but also had a sleeping couch for more. The kitchenette inclueded an microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was spacious and nice, the room also. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay (unfortunately only 1 night=. The location is great, right in the city center, close to everything, sights like the cathedral and Plaza del Ayuntamiento, with lots of restaurants and shops near by, evn a small Carrefour express, so you can by some groceries. You could hear a bit of the guests on the next rooms but nothing that disrupted our rest. Overall, i recommend Citizentral Gascons for a next stay.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. If you have a large vehicle keep in mind that the garage is really narrow. Suggestion to the property owners: consider assigning parking spaces to specific vehicles based on their size so that it gets easier to maneuver the vehicles in such a tiny garage.
