Location: Located in a renowned, private, residential building, this apartment is the only short term rental unit available. The apartment shares the building with not one, but two of the most famous restaurants in Vail Village, you won't even need to step outside for world class dining. Walk to the mountain (Gondola One) in under 5 minutes.
Bedrooms: The unit has two full bedrooms, each featuring closets, dressers, TV's with Xfinity cable and smart TV apps, WIFI, A/C, and luxury décor, including Matouk linens. The master has a king bed with off-suite bathroom, the second master has a queen bed with an on-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms: Sparkling marble and modern cabinets bring the bathrooms to light, creating a spa like experience. The two bathrooms are both complete with showers along with a full set of provided amenities: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and more.
Living Room: Enjoy a 60" TV in the heart of a contemporary living room. With access to thousands of on demand movies and smart TV apps, you will never be bored. A collection of classic board games and books are provided for more traditional entertainment. Throughout the apartment you will find cozy décor inspiring an elevated vacation.

Guest access
The apartment is accessed by elevator or stairs to it's 3rd floor location. Entrances to the building are via the private garage in the basement or the public entrance off the pedestrian only street in front of the building.
The unit is situated on the famed Gore Creek Drive, a charming, pedestrian only street in the heart of Vail Village. On the street you will be next to a dozen renowned restaurants and shopping, Gore Creek and green space in the back yard, and a short 3-5 minute walk to Gondola One.
Parking is in the basement of the building, we have one dedicated space for the apartment. Access is restricted by Check Point Charlie to ensure only guests may access the garage. Parking is best situated for an SUV or smaller, but larger cars (suburbans) can fit. SUV or larger vehicles with roof racks will not fit.
Other things to note
The master bedroom has small exposure to noise from the daily trash pickup on the street below. The window has been upgraded to soundproof glass and the trucks are 3 floors below, but light noise may be heard at most once a day around 8AM.About pets:No pets allowed.Pets must be communicated to and approved by owner.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Amazing location, condo fully stocked
The location is outstanding! The condo has super soft bedding, fully equipped kitchen, free laundry room and hot tub on the same floor…elevator in the building.The kitchen was truly stocked up with anything you need…Nespresso, coffee, spices…..cleaning supplies, laundry detergent.I will definitely recommend this condo to all of our friends headed to Vail.

Great Location
The location could not be better - amongst shops and restaurants. As well as a 5 min. walk to Gondola 1 for convenience. The living room and kitchen area was comfortable and updated. Plus, we had a nice partial view of the mountain to watch skiers!The down side was that the bedrooms were very dated and the 2ndbdrm was super small. We also had issues with the heating system. All 3 units have to be on the same mode and it still wasn't great. The beds were both very comfortable which made up for the other stuff. Again, perfect location!!

Vail Condo
Great clean property, excellent location and easy to access etc. Only issue we encountered was the assigned parking spot, too small for a full size SUV. The ceiling is definitely too low for luggage/ski rack for Yukon/Sub/Caddy full size.

Great Location!
The condo is in the heart of Vail Village above Sweet Basil and Mountain Standard. Perfect location! Nice to have AC during an unusually warm week in July/August. Definitely would stay there again. My only complaint would be on me. I misread the listing thinking there was a washer and dryer in the unit but it did clearly say that there was as a laundromat nearby. We found a work around.
