Hotel Vaduzerhof by b-Smart

酒店大門倒是沒鎖，可以直接進到一樓大堂，有沙發、露台和水果。但是自助辦理的機器屏幕按上去沒有反應，衹能打當地電話，用英語溝通辦理，就是你説訊息，工作人員填寫，你看着屏幕輸入的對不對。工作人員的英語倒是不錯，訊息就是姓名、國籍、出生日期、護照號碼、常住地址、郵編這些，不過每一位的入住人都需要這些訊息。都填好之後刷卡付費，房卡和收據就自動出來了。整個辦理過程大概10分鐘吧。 要的高級房，房間面積大，有個小陽台。房間裏也暖和。早餐簡單，就是牛奶、酸奶、麪包、麥片、芝士、水果、咖啡、茶…這些，倒也齊全。退房把房卡放前台的房卡收集盒裡就行。全程看到的工作人員就是清潔工和早餐的一個姑娘，她們都不管入住的事，也不説英語。 第二天早上遇到了一個房間觸發火警裝置，房間裏響起警報要求撤離，不過是虛驚一場，並沒有真的着火。 重點説一下桑拿，在地下一層。從預訂到入住，都沒有看到桑拿的訊息，路標指引寫的是wellness。估計大家都以為是健身房之類的吧，我去的那幾個小時沒人。不過按照歐洲的習慣，應該也是不分性別的男女一起裸蒸。這裏設施齊全、設備很新。有浴袍、毛巾、更衣室、淋浴間、一個桑拿房、四張躺椅、茶水… 對了，桑拿房外面有寄存的大櫃子，可以付費寄存行李。

The self check-in was easier than I thought. The location 5 minutes from the bus station. The room was clean, modern and had a view to the castle. The location excellent- right next to the main square. Great breakfast. Everything is very expensive (Swiss Franc) but all worth it. The 3 day Liechtenstein adventure pass (available at the Tourist Centre 5 min walk from the hotel) is excellent value - it includes the bus ride (even a 45 min drive to Austria), a gift from a souvenir shop, entrance to the museums, etc.

Nice comfortable hotel great location, staff really nice and helpful, no reception self check-in luckily for us there was a member of staff there to help us as there was a problem with the system, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but free tea and coffee in the breakfast room which you can get any time of the day, Overall a very nice stay at this hotel.

Comfortable hotel though overpriced. The fine print tells you that check-in is automated through an app; no personnel on site. For a first time visitor it was frustrating not to have someone to chat with re the neighborhood, restaurants and Vaduz in general.

This is a basic hotel with self-checkin. The process did not pose any issues for us except that there were some fields at the end that weren’t in English and no identifier for what was needed. We just entered some arbitrary numbers and it was accepted. The hotel is clean, has a nice breakfast offered and some drinks on an honour bar. The rooms are small but more than adequate. Bedding is comfortable and there were plenty of power outlets available. Also had a TV, bathrobes and slippers. Only a 3 in 1 soap, shampoo provided and no body lotion. We had a nice balcony that overlooked the town and castle. It was in a great location right on the Main Street and free parking was a bonus. Simple with no frills but worked well for our one night stay.

The Vaduzerhof was really a nice experience. The location is excellent, right in the town center at the start of the main pedestrian street – plenty of restaurants/cafes to choose from. The self-check in system really worked well and was very convenient. We loved the exterior look of the building and the rooms were ultra-modern if not a bit basic. Everything was very well organized, clean and very comfortable. We even had a small balcony overlooking one of the main pedestrian streets. The Wifi worked great and the TV had a decent range of English language programming, however very surprised that it wasn’t a smart TV. A small fridge would’ve been really nice as well. We were really pleased that there was free and convenient parking next to the hotel. We were also equally pleased with the free breakfast with a reasonable variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all travelers looking for a good, no-frills, hotel for their stay in Vaduz.

Facility looked new and it attracted me to stay there. Check-in was a screen on which you pay your stay, very easy to use. On the first view, furniture (wardrobe) seems to be new. Mattresses were very comfortable. For breakfast, you didn’t have so many choices and it was pretty pour.
